Description

Large garden of about 1000m² which can welcome you in the shade or in the sun.

The setting

We live in a quiet hamlet with little traffic.
There are paths within 100m for nature walks and the beach is 1km from the house.

The spots

All types of tents are accepted, but only small tents will be allowed in a shaded area.

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities are inside the house and are accessible 24 hours a day (showers possible from 7:30 am to 11 pm).

The amenities

Electricity available outside (possibility of providing an extension cord) and water point (non-drinking) not far from the pitches.
Kitchen available for microwave and dishwashing basins.

The activities

We are close to a beach, a horse riding center, two tennis courts and the GR34 where you can admire our magnificent coastline.
At 5 km from Pléneuf Val André, you will find several shops and activities of all kinds: beaches, golf, nautical activities, Spa, discotheque...

Land unavailable on Ascension weekend and from July 1st to 28th.

Rules

The only rules are the respect of the people (guests and neighbors), the respect of the ground and the common parts in the house (no litter, cigarette butts, degradations or dirtiness...).
It is also forbidden to smoke in the house.
