The location is ideal (beach and town center nearby).
For my part, I didn't mind the "rustic" aspect of the shower and dry toilet area, which for me is part of the trip and a change of scenery.
A busy street/crossing, but that didn't stop me from finding some rest.
If you're following the Vélodyssée, avoid maps from the port, as they take you up Rue de la Maison, which is quite steep. If you're following the Vélodyssée, it passes at the junction with rue de la maison and the slope is much gentler.
I'll be glad to come back again if I'm ever in the area! -

Garden close to a busy road.
Shower bordering on unsanitary,
Dog droppings in the garden (ballo for campers) and heaps of rotting plums and apples on the ground and in piles at the foot of the trees (long live the smells!). I'm a country boy and I've got fruit trees too, but roasted fruit on the ground is compost, especially if I'm hosting campers for a fee).
In short, my first homecamping experience leaves me perplexed for future use. -

Thank you for your shady and beautiful garden! We didn't have a chance to run into each other because I wanted to leave early but next time I promise! The bike paths are just amazing in the area I recommend ????♂️???? we are 2 steps from the port that is ice cream and pancakes so that's not bad either!

Dry toilet and shower a bit rustic but they have the merit of being there. -

Traveler by bike, we are looking for simple camping places with a shower, toilets, a place to pitch the tent... and not expensive.
I put 3 stars for the reception because there was nobody on the spot during our stay but Blandine is very nice on the phone.
Following our reservation, Blandine contacted us by phone to inform us of the rusticity of the sanitary facilities, indeed she described us well the place so no disappointment on this side. On the other hand it is the situation very close to the center that we pay, the value for money is not there. -

A little disappointed that the host was not present on site, especially considering the price, but she was available by message, and prices are still high in the city.

Romain G.Since Blandine was not there, I had access to her land in full autonomy for my stopover in Pornic during my bike trip. It's a pity, a little exchange and welcome would have been nice after my long day under rain and wind.
On the whole, the site is nice but the shower and sanitary facilities could be a bit more welcoming.
All in all, I did not spend an unpleasant night but I was disappointed compared to previous experiences on HomeCamper. -

The location is close to the city center but very noisy and a very steep hill to be taken into account when cycling back from the center
The shower is not correct, dry toilets, why not but a sink without water is annoying to brush your teeth -

Sink and faucet out of order. Shower with green lichen on the floor. Noisy night with crossroads. Friends hikers pass your way.

In the center of Pornic, Blandine is a very welcoming hostess and you can walk to the station or the port. To install yourself, you will have to juggle between the trees and place yourself under the shelter of the street lamp if you fear the light! There is no real shelter for your bikes, but shower and toilet are available. The site is well shaded, but it was raining heavily when we visited!

Isa H.The arrival in Blandine's garden is surprising but we are quickly conquered by the place and its owner. Rudimentary equipment but which are very well convenient for hikers or cyclists. We were very well installed under an apple tree sheltered from the wind and the rain. Pleasant garden and Blandine had put at disposal a garden table and a barbecue. Super stay that we recommend. We do not put smileys because they are translated in ?? on the site but if we could, we would have put a lot of smileys very happy.

I did not see Blandine. The access to the land is done with a quick map very comprehensive. ideally located not far from downtown and the beach. Located on the heights of Pornic.
Neighborhood quite noisy the evening of my arrival (arrival of holidaymakers all night and young people partying, many pedestrians passing, vehicle speeding with music). I still appreciated the fact that I could pitch my tent in a closed garden with a shower, camping sanitary facilities and electricity at my disposal. -

Her garden is very large and very quiet, only the ducks can be heard when you sit by the pond.

I only had Blandine on the phone. I had to remove all the fallen rotten apples before setting up my tent. The area is very noisy and I couldn't sleep at night. The electrical and sanitary installations are a bit rudimentary.

Hugo L.Nous avons très bien accueilli par Blandine. Les sanitaires étaient très bien également (toilettes seches et douche chaude!) et des prises dont disponibles pour recharger batteries, téléphones, etc. Nous avons également pu profiter d'un tres bon petit dej après une soirée passée au port qui est à quelques minutes à pied et nous sommes ensuite aller nous baigner à la plage qui est également à quelques minutes seulement avant de repartir. Nous reviendrons planter notre tente avec plaisir et nous recommandons vivement!

Cindy P.Nous avons passé une nuit sur place. Le jardin est bien situé 2min de la mer à pied. On peut se stationner devant la maison le long du trottoir ! Les équipements proposés sont bien présents !
Effectivement, il y a un lampadaire de rue qui éclaire le jardin, mais selon l'emplacement de la tente, vous n'êtes pas gêné. Le seul petit bémol serait le bruit de la route : un stop est juste devant la maison, donc on entend fortement les voitures et les piétons qui discutent dans la rue à pas d'heures.
À part ça, merci aux campers présents de nous avoir accueilli.
