Fred D.Very warm welcome from Sylvie and her husband. Nice setting. I was worried about mosquitoes because of the ponds but no.
On the other hand, the sanitary facilities in their camper van are not great. We already have a toilet in our van and we would have preferred to have a real toilet, a real shower and a real sink for washing up. Something for you to think about. Not very serious. -

Nevertheless, we found the caravan really dirty. We didn't dare take a shower, for example. -

Access to the terrace for eating.
A bit far from Etaples to get back to eat (we're cyclists), but the farm just next door to Sylvie's home sells produce from a vending machine, making a complete meal very enjoyable.

Good stay by the sea even if we left early.
Positive points:
The weather was pleasant, Sylvie and her husband very welcoming. A terrace was at our disposal as well as a small fridge in a caravan (even if it worked only the last day because of another camper on the site who disconnected the fridge...). ).
Sylvie and her husband are very discreet when leaving for work in the morning.
Finally quiet village.
Negative point: camp at 100m from a pigsty (smell in the morning ---).
The shower and bathroom are in the caravan (not specified on the ad): shower limited in power (40min to take a shower instead of 10 min at home, very painful when we come back from the beach), the sanitary were systematically dirty by the other occupants the 1st evening so obliged to clean for them because Sylvie very fussy. Moreover, the toilet tank has no exit point to evacuate the water so we had to sponge each time we went to the toilet...caravan not positioned towards the back so the water was stagnating after the shower.
Hence the desire to leave. We wanted to enjoy with our 3 children and not spend our time cleaning. We have camped several times before and the first time we decided to go home early.
Sylvie has 2 very cute cats but to find traces and odors of cat's urine in front of the tents, not cool.
Finally, the photo of the pond is not contractual since the pond is totally empty. It would have been necessary to change the photo on the site not to show false images (Sylvie specified it to us only once arrived and the pond was empty since several days, bad communication) -

Nice and warm welcome, the place is nice and close enough to the points of interest, the region is beautiful.
Toilet, shower, fridge and kitchen in the mobile home just next door, it's convenient and original.
The only problem is that the ground is quite uneven and therefore without a good mattress the back is at risk. The owner plans to level the ground. To be continued.
Overall, first experience in Home camping very positive, we will do it again. -
