Well behaved dogs are allowed.
If they chase the animals on the farm the have to stay on the lead!

The setting

The land is quite remote and located between 4 little traditional villages where you can enjoy the daily Portuguese life.
Each village has a local bar, a small grocery shop and a historical center to have a peaceful walk.
A sandy road of about 1 km separates us from the outside world.
The access is quite good, although a little bit bumpy here and there...

Our place is the perfect spot for people who are looking for a complete mental relaxation, far away from civilization and enjoy observing the activities on our farm surrounded by nature and silence!

The spots

Cozy caravan with double bed and a private, covered outside kitchen area with nice views.
There is a large covered terrace where you can cook and enjoy the views , located in full nature on a family farm with goats, chicken, cats and dogs.
The terrace looks over our grazing area so you can enjoy watching our goats grazing.
On demand we can set up a tent with mattress next to the caravan for extra sleeping space...

The sanitary facilities

The bathroom is located on the terrace just under the caravan.
Its a shared bathroom with hot water, shower and water based toilet.
Towels are included...

The amenities

The caravan has its private kitchen, under a large terrace roof with beautiful views.
The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchenware.
There is electricity at the caravan. And at the bar next to our swimming pool you can have access to internet.
Breakfast and healthy meals are available for our guests on demand. (reservation desired 1 day on beforehand)
We often have milk, cheese, eggs, fruits and vegetables from our own farm for sale...

The activities

There are a lot of outdoor activities in the region and many interesting cultural and historical places to visit.
You can go kayaking, horse riding, climbing, swimming, hiking and many more...
We can give information about what to and what to see.

The cities 'Seia' and 'Oliveira do Hospital' are located about 15 minutes drive from our land, where you can find supermarkets, tourist center, medical center and many other facilities...

In 1 hour drive you are at the top of the Serra da Estrella mountain where you have the most amazing views!
On the way up you can enjoy a refreshing brake at lakes, rivers and even waterfalls!

If the weather is good you can enjoy breakfast at the bar next to the pool. If not, we can make a breakfast basket to take away...
