PLEASE NOTE: This is our backyard, not a campground.
Reference period April 1 - September 30.
At most you can stay overnight for 2 nights.
The garden does NOT have shower or toilet so you must have your own facilities on board, without facilities I cannot accommodate you.
You must have your toilet on board, there is no toilet in the garden. Without it i cannot host you.

NO 1 week, NO 2 weeks. max 2 nights or only 1 night "stop and go".

Pitch on self-locking blocks.
Drinking water, electricity, with CEE plug.

FOR CAMPER/VAN: depending on how you want to park, there will be a reverse maneuver to access or exit the yard. I will help you with directions without fail.

FOR CARAVAN: with or without a mover follow my instructions for parking the 2-wheeled cottage. (no need for reverse)

The entrance gate is about 10 feet wide.
Tire pressure compressor available upon request free of charge.

The train to Como is very convenient. The trip is 25 minutes.
It is the best way to get to Como, then you can visit the lake via boats or a nice seaplane flight.
The train station is a few hundred meters walk away, trains to Como and Milan every 30 minutes at peak times or every hour at other times.
(*) x dump gray/dark water you can use the free Saronno service area located on Via Grieg in the parking lot. I do not recommend overnight parking.

The setting

Guests will stay in the garden of my house.
It is located off the main road in a quiet, residential area, so please respect the privacy and tranquility of our neighbors.
Independent access.

Partially paved ground + grass all flat.

The sanitary facilities

There are no toilet facilities.
GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN TOILET ON BOARD.
I suggest emptying dirty tanks in the service areas along the highway or you can use the free service area in Saronno located on Grieg Street in the parking lot. I do not recommend overnight parking.

The activities

We are 13 km from the city of Como and Lake Como.
At 800 m. there is the train station to go to the city and also to Milan.
Trains to/from Como and to/from Milan every 30/60 min. depending on the hour.
It takes about 25 min.

Other things

Restaurants, bars, market, 1 gym and 1 crossfit box are 100 meters away.
Fueling station 1 km away.
There is a nice swimming pool with slide 7 km away:

For Beer lovers: within a few km you can visit several breweries; you can taste the excellent craft beers produced in various styles and in some cases you can also have lunch and/or dinner; for information ask me.

In the garden, pets are accepted, but must always be supervised by the owner.
They can move around the garden.
To travel abroad they must be vaccinated and properly registered in their country/Europe.
Dogs with muzzle and/or leash if necessary.
Other needs, just ask! If it is possible we will help you.

Check out : last hour 11 a.m.; sleep and have your breakfast quietly.

You must have your WC on board, there is no WC in the garden. Without it i cannot host you.

From 10 30 pm quiet required.

  • This is the perfect pitch to rest and feel safe on your journey south just after the Swiss border. The site is easy to reach from the highway and there is a code-secured gate and motion-sensor lights. So I was able to sleep well and continue my journey feeling refreshed!
