Description

In an ancient village, 620 meters above sea level, in the Langhe region, 50 km away from the Ligurian sea of Savona. 30 km as the crow flies..
Our property enjoys a 180° panoramic view and all-day sunshine: facing south (you can breathe sea air). But just above a terrace, the view opens full circle to the landscape of the high hills.
It is ideal for those who paint and photograph en plein air (easel available on site..), great for walks in the woods and perfect for those seeking absolute relaxation surrounded by unspoiled nature and away from traffic enjoying the dolce far niente.
Nearby, beautiful to see roads to travel, several centers of tourist interest food and wine, culture, landscape and art as far as the eye can see!
Worth mentioning is the lavender route in bloom! A wonderful sight before the flowers are picked.... Usually in July.

The setting

A small paved road from the village uphill will lead you to the property.
Road secondary to traffic so very rarely traveled.
You will travel 4 km of natural landscapes and be lucky enough to see many butterflies flying. Spaced just far enough from the village, you will still be able, through pleasant walks, to walk to stores where you can stock up on basic necessities..
A distance that allows you to see from above the hilly landscape with southern exposure, with sunshine all day long.

The spots

Everyone will be able to decide, in agreement with the property, where best and preferably to place their accommodation.
A large terraced plot will accommodate all kinds of different conditions ranging from sun to shade.

Each and everyone, in accordance to the property will choose where he wants to stay.

The sanitary facilities

Lacking a sewer connection, our basic sanitation facilities, from dry compost toilet and solar shower, are located outdoors
Biodegradable soap available on site, the only soap allowed for personal care and hygiene...and included in the price of your stay. Absolutely forbidden to use your own and non-biodegradable products and soaps...under penalty of immediate removal.

The amenities

As in the Wild West, old wood stove is available for cooking food. Possibly available pots and pans for cooking.
Where necessary you have the main ingredients for cooking.
Electricity is provided by solar panel with which LED lighting and cell phone charging conveniently.

The activities

Immersed in unspoiled nature, you will enjoy the hilly landscapes of the upper Langa, take long or short walks and bicycle rides. Enjoy the relaxation of a place away from traffic, where it will be possible to pick seasonal fruit from the trees ,if available and according to season...
Pets allowed if kept on a leash for normal respect for other animals in the place.

We use ozone for sterilization of any equipment provided.

Rules

Pets allowed if kept on leash, respecting coexistence with other animals.
No time limits during the day, subject to prior arrangement for arrival.
Normal respect for the quiet especially during evening hours
Absolute prohibition of the use of non-biodegradable products on site. On pain of immediate removal.
Absolute prohibition of smoking on the property. If necessary, we will set up a special area for this purpose. In order to avoid very high fire risk during this period. Penalty immediate removal.
Obligation to leave clean.
On arrival we will provide all-natural soap for personal hygiene, only allowed.
Absolute respect for nature and making the most of the beauty the place offers is required

Extras

Possibility of breakfast (€5 / person)

Availability of fresh seasonal fruit in the "pick from the tree and eat" formula included in the price per person. To be handled with respect without exaggeration or waste.
We offer breakfast with coffee/tea/milk or yogurt with brioche (to be reserved the day before) or cookies always available and according to preference and agreement with the camper who requests it.
Be patient...we will try to do our best, it's our first experience...!
Fruits available directly from the trees "take and eat" included in the price. Respect is required.
