Month to month rentals

The setting

Clean, peaceful, and quiet- a nice getaway from the daily city life, on the open range. Cool, breezy nights will let you sleep well. Horses and cows on the surrounding properties.
We have goats, chickens, ducks and a beautiful turkey, that live on the property, the goats do roam free and they will stop by to say hello!

Easily accessible.

No size restrictions.
Open air and sunny!

The sanitary facilities

RV's and motorhomes must have own facilities- sewer lines and dump to be installed soon.

The amenities

WiFi, well water and power available to hook up cords available, if needed.
If you need something, just ask.

The activities

Just outside the city, plenty of open space to explore.
Dirt bike and ATV riding is allowed on premises you must sign waiver prior to use.

Rules

No littering please be considerate of others, and the land, and clean up after yourself.
No loud noise after dark please be considerate of others.
No bonfires in the field.
No feeding the animals on the property.
Absolutely no drug us- medicinal marijuana is acceptable.
