Description

Rural hut for two people conditioned and installed in a typical orchard of Coín in which agrochemicals are not used since 2008.

The setting

It is 400 meters from the main roads within an area of family orchards, contains various fruit trees that bear fruit in different seasons of the year. It is usually very quiet and enjoys a night sky without light pollution. Biodiversity has been regenerated in the area and in the surroundings there are farms with typical animals such as chickens and donkeys.

The spots

It is a studio of 30 square meters, with bathroom and kitchen equipped to be inhabited comfortably for two people. Own parking and front porch with barbecue, air conditioning with heat pump, dining room and double bed.

The sanitary facilities

Check-in from 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. Bathroom with shower, gas stove, hot water, electricity and internet.

The amenities

Internet WiFi by antenna for exclusive use, between June and September includes a canvas pool of 3.05 meters in diameter and 70 cm high. Kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, gas stove with two burners (without oven) complete kitchenette for 2 people, cookware, etc. Washing machine inside and clothes line outside. The activities

You can enjoy the tranquility outside, have a barbecue, go for a walk and walk along the routes that Coín offers, enjoy the gastronomy, fruit market or go to the towns of Málaga, Benalmádena, Mijas, Fuengirola or Marbella in 30 minutes, as well as know inland villages and their particular services, Caminito del Rey, Ronda, Alhaurín el Grande, Alozaina, Monda, Guaro, etc.. Nearby there is equestrian activity, hiking, also sports facilities, paddle, soccer, etc..

The fruit vegetation is maintained naturally without agrochemicals and as a result biodiversity has proliferated below and above ground. Passengers can taste seasonal fruits such as lemons, oranges, tangerines, grapes, walnuts, loquats, custard apples, if they are sufficiently ripe, knowing that they are products of the tree and water. The air of the region is also a remarkable asset.

Rules

The accommodation must be returned at departure in the same state of cleanliness as it was found, the dishes and bed linen washed and the garbage collected and disposed of in the containers available at the entrance of the lane.
Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed inside. In summer when entering the pool it is necessary to remove oily products from the body such as suntan lotion. The studio is intended for no more than 2 people and the bed is a double bed. Check-out time is at 10 am and check-in time is after 3 pm.
