We provide a local map along with local advice and special knowledge.

The setting

Semi-rural area close to town, some traffic noise.
LOTS OF OCEAN WAVE NOISE (a plus!).
Located in a small valley neighborhood where most of the places are only occupied very occasionally.
Still very private and relaxing.

The spots

1/4 fully fenced acre with open area and a woodsy upper area.
Plenty of room for several tents and RV's.
Largest group so far had 4 tents, 1 RV, two canopies, and 11 people w/ pets.
Still had lots of room !

The sanitary facilities

Flush toilet outside, enclosed w/night light.
Outside wash up sink (large enough to do dishes as well).
No shower yet but can use pay shower at State park 1/4 mile away.

The amenities

Electricity (15 amps), City water, Picnic table, Hammock, Tire swing, Fire pit, Outdoor games area ( some games provided..varies).
Fully fenced, Pet safe, Bar B Que (charcoal), lots of on site parking.
Garbage service, temporary horse corral can be set up !
FREE LOANER CRAB TRAPS !

The activities

Fishing (charted, beach,dock, & jetty), crabbing, clam digging, beach combing, site seeing, shopping, dining, and just plain relaxing.

Rules

Check out time: 12 noon
If you going on a fishing charter on your last day we can usually accommodate a late check out.
Check in time : 2 pm (or sooner if ready).

Please turn off water when done using it.
Do not dig or remove dirt from the side of the hill in the back.
Please do not remove wood or other natural items from hill (it will cause erosion issues).
Only build fires in the fire pit (county burn restrictions apply...we will inform you of status).
When leaving please pickup any pet droppings in the camping area and place in the garbage container.
Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Place all trash in the provided bag (especially food scraps and fish/shellfish/crab cleaning stuff !)
Additional parking is available if needed, just ask.
Main rule is simple, be nice, be neat, enjoy.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
If you are evicted for rules violations and/or inappropriate behavior, NO REFUND will be given.

Possible additional fees:
You don't or do not want to clean up animal waste $30.00 fee
More than 1 garbage bag per 2 day stay $10.00 each bag
