A piece of garden to put your tent and get to know each other.
The land has some flat and open areas.
The trees (apple trees, poplars...) are more on the slope, but in Normandy you rarely need to hide from the sun :-).
No public lighting, except some evenings on the soccer field but they usually turn off around 9:00/9:30 pm.
From the field, we saw on the neighboring fields towards the south.
The main road of the village passes at 30m and can generate a little noise, even if the traffic is very limited at night.
You will be able to settle wherever you wish on the 7000m² ground, knowing that according to the season, only a part is mowed.
The sanitary facilities
WC and shower accessible in the house. Hours to you between us.
Water point outside if needed.
Internet possible, but it is cut sometimes for a little quiet.
The kitchen is equipped and possibly accessible. To be discussed.
There is an electrical outlet outside the house.
On the spot, if you like, you can participate in the vegetable garden, in the maintenance of the land, in the renovation of the house (various works, earth/cement, earth/hemp, plastering, finishing, electricity...)
There is a multisport field in the village, a soccer field just next door (we have a ball).
The GR passes right next door, the greenway along the vire is at 5 minutes by bike (15 min by foot).
We are in a small village with a bar, a baker, a butcher, a hairdresser, a pharmacy and a supermarket. There is an organic and local market on Wednesdays from 4 to 7 pm.
Possibility of breakfast (€3 / person)
Coffee, Tea, Herbal tea, Fresh bread, Homemade jams...and what not. To anticipate!
I can lend a Decathlon "3-seconds" tent for 2/3 persons if needed.
With 2 light self-inflating mattresses.
Exact location information is provided after a booking is confirmed.
A well located stop on the towpath at 6km from St Lo. Eric welcomed us very well.
Very good reception, pleasant and calm environment. Glad to have been your first campers. Good continuation in the renovation of your house. We will come back. Love to Ragnar ????. Hervé Claude and Sam
