Description

You will be awakened by the singing of the birds.
We have 5 places for small tents.

The setting

The pitches are located in an oak wood, 100 meters from the Ellé river (trout river).
At the end of the access path there is a 3m table, under cover, for all the campers to meet, with a small kitchen area with a gas camp-site 2 fires.
The parking lot is located next to a small, quiet road.

The spots

The pitches being on a small hill, they were dug by hand to make flat places of at least 3.50x4m (the biggest = 4x5m).
The 3 lowest ones are side by side, as close as possible to the parking, facing south.
The other 3 are scattered on the wooded hill.
There is only room for tents.

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities are located in the house, the entrance is through the garage, which gives access to a laundry room which gives access to the toilet and the bathroom which has a shower, a bathtub and a sink hot / cold water.
There is a cold water sink in the garage for washing dishes.
Everything being at the end of the house, there is no obligation of schedule.

The amenities

You can have access to Wifi from the shelter of the campsite.
In the shelter, there is light and 2 electric plugs, I can provide a multiple plug if necessary, there are also 2 electric plugs in the laundry room.
My washing machine is at your disposal.
A refrigerator is located in the laundry room and is available to all.
2 barbecues and a gas camp "camp bistro" with 1 fire are available for all.
For the gas of the camp bistro, the cartridges remain at your charge (2,50€ at decathlon).

The activities

The campsite is ideally located to go around the coast of Brittany (between 40 minutes to 1h30 on average).
Nearby (radius of less than 10km) is the abbey of Notre Dame de Langonnet, the chapel of Saint Barbe in Le Faouet, the lake of Bel Air in Priziac, the pond of Langonnet, an animal park in Priziac and the city of bees and ants in Le Faouet.
There are many hiking trails.
For the festival of Lorient, you are at 40mn, the "vieilles charrues" in Carhaix, 25mn.
In 1 hour, you are in the forest of Huelgoat, the castle of Trevarez or in the valley of the saints.
As soon as you arrive, you can go and relax and fly fish for trout in the Ellé river.

Other things

A book of hikes is at your disposal, as well as a book on all the fishing spots in the area.

Rules

1 : Arrivals are from 2pm
Departures must be made before noon (12:00). You can eat in the shelter at noon if the site is free.
2 : There is no time limit for the use of the sanitary facilities and bathrooms. But you must be discreet after 11pm.
3 : Please leave your garbage cans on the parking lot when you leave. Obligation to respect the selective sorting.
4 : Do not leave anything in the refrigerator, clean your part before leaving.
5 : Campers must return the sanitary facilities and the bathroom in the state of cleanliness they wish for themselves before use.
6: You can receive guests, but campers have priority.
7 : No noise will be tolerated after 11:00 pm.
8: The use of the radio or any other sound instrument is tolerated as long as it does not disturb the peace of the other users.
9 : In the case of broken or missing utensils or furniture, they must be reimbursed.
10: You are solely responsible for all your personal belongings and valuables. In no case the owner of the campsite can be held responsible for thefts, damages caused to
to personal belongings.
11 : The non respect of the campsite rules will lead to the expulsion and the payment of the totality of the reserved stay.
12 : Animals are allowed, under the responsibility of their master and in the greatest respect of the other campers.

For 2€50 per night, you can have a 2 places tent (carpist tent 4x2.30) with inflatable mattress and 1 lamp.
I provide cups, plastic plates (washable), and cutlery if necessary.

Situation

  • We left with our family to go to the Gourin championship and regretted not being able to stay longer. The place is very beautiful, quite wild, lots of trees, you'd think you were in the mountains.
    Jean-Philippe has laid out his site perfectly, with the pitches well terraced beforehand and a charming view over the valley. Right next door, an open-air kitchen area under an awning, with electrical outlets available. Downstairs, there are sanitary facilities.
    If you're in the area, it's well worth stopping off here.
