Unusual accommodation Origan

The setting

Our estate is an authentic part of France, in the heart of La Creuse. The 19th-century farmhouse sits on a 1.5-hectare estate. The house was renovated in 2000 in the architectural style of the region in 1800.
At the center of our grounds is a 400-year-old oak tree. The estate has many quiet spots where you can retreat alone and enjoy a book or simply do nothing. Let yourself be surprised every day by the many birds, the magnificent views and dream in peace.
La Creuse is often referred to as France's green diamond in the rough, a must-see. It's the ideal place to start your exploration.

The spots

Origan is one of our 2 unusual accommodations. It has a sleeping compartment and a comfortable living room. Our living space is open to everyone, where you can share a tune on the piano or guitar, enjoy a game or discover a book from our library. At the long family table, it's always a pleasure to meet new people for breakfast (included in the price) or dinner (evenings, except Thursdays and after reservation).

The sanitary facilities

The shared sanitary facilities are located at the rear of our farmhouse and are directly accessible from outside. Here you'll find a shared refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In the shared outdoor kitchen, you can prepare your own meals (a basic set of pots, pans and crockery is provided).

The amenities

Everyone has a personal way of relaxing.
On our farm, you'll find a wide range of services: a book from the library, a board game and much more.
Outside, there are plenty of places to simply let yourself go, relax in the sun, in the shade or take a walk in the woods...
What's more, the region's magnificent natural beauty means you can clear your head on a short walk, a bike ride or go fishing.

The activities

On our estate, discover the effects of working with clay in our Têtu workshop. In the surrounding area you can relax in the tranquility of the countryside, walk in the nearby forests, cycle, fish, ... or do nothing at all.

Tourist tax: 0.22euro/adult/night payable on site.
