Description

Arrivals must be registered before 9:00 pm unless previously confirmed between the parties and paid on HomeCamper.
Departures will be made in total agreement with the owner of the site.

The setting

Land located in the countryside, between sea and mountain, between historical cities of BEZIERS 10 kms, and PEZENAS 15 kms with all shops. close to the Canal du Midi, and the Orb valley, close to St Guilheme le Desert, close to Carcassonne
you will be surrounded by our farmyard animals, goats, ponies, peacocks, cats and dogs, some of which are free to roam.

The spots

Some pitches are shaded, others not, depending on the rotation of the sun.
NEW A terrace chalet for 2 persons is available according to availability (with supplement)
Possibility of maneuvering in the field
Your animals will be accepted if they are kept on a leash

The sanitary facilities

a chemical toilet will be possible according to availability, for 5 euros the day (rent / product / emptying / disinfection)

The amenities

Chalet terrace of night 2 persons for 10 euros the night by person, after reservation of the basic site on the site of home camper
Power supply possible in agreement with the owner for 5 euros per day
Loan of an extension cord EDF possible
Cold drinking water possible in agreement with the owner for 3 euros per day
Possibility of WI-FI connection
Possibility of an electric BARBECUE for 3 euros a day

The activities

visits of historical villages, 9 locks of BEZIERS, navigation, walks or bike rides along the Canal du Midi, visit of the most beautiful garden of FRANCE (St Adrien)
sea at 25 kms, mountains at 30 kms, visit of cellar, descent in canoe etc

Other things

Any damage to the site will be charged to the person responsible for the damage according to the cost of repairs.
Electric barbecue in agreement with the owner and according to the regulations in force.

Rules

Please respect the peace and quiet of other campers and the neighborhood
Make sure to respect the tranquility of the animals
Please respect the cleanliness of the place that will be assigned to you
Make sure to respect the tethering of your own animals
Make sure you do not feed the animals around you (except in agreement with the owner)
As fires are forbidden, please use only electrical equipment
For smokers, please use ashtrays, or better still, boxes for ashes and butts
Make sure to respect the material provided for your well being and that of the people around you
Games are allowed, within reasonable limits, while respecting other campers, the different infrastructures and without frightening the animals

  • nice ground and friendly welcome (especially since we arrived in the early evening), but the 10 roosters woke us up at 5am so we had to leave early... A rooster still passes by but the backyard is very close so it was a bad surprise for us. Some will not be disturbed like our neighbors campers but I prefer to warn those who have the lighter sleep....
