The setting

very quiet, fully fenced grounds
tree house for the intrepid (basic comfort, bring your own bedding; children accompanied)
a few chickens (no rooster!) and 2 cats; the neighbor's pasture at the back hosts 2 horses

flat and shaded ground, non-delimited pitches : place your tent where you want !

ground accessible via a porch 2.5*2.5m, so the standard motor homes and caravans do not pass...
