Description

Beautiful private garden with some herbs and a greenhouse.
Very green and quiet area. Guests who come to our house can put up their tent in the backyard. You can use a table with four chairs. Also in the back we have access to electricity, a cold garden shower, a table where you could put your gas stove, facilities for washing dishes. Only thing which you need to use inside the house is the toilet/washbasin.

The setting

My garden has several trees and a hedge on two sides.
There is also a small hill and an extra terrace for guests. At times there can be a lot of mosquitoes! To be on the safe side with that I had to recommend you to bring a repellent spray.

The spots

You will be shown.
The ground is flat.
The pitches are easy to access. There is shade although most of the garden is sunny ☀️.

The sanitary facilities

Bathroom is inside the house.
There is also a cold shower for use outside and drinking water tap. Everything is kept very clean and we kindly ask you to also do so.

The amenities

There is electricity outside.
You can charge your mobile phones. For cooking you can use herbs from the garden.

The activities

3 km to the next lake, swimming, fishing (only with prepaid permit).
6 km to the next horse stables.
Next shop with full supply 4 km, bakery 1 km, butcher 1 km, post office, bank, 1 km. Various hiking trails in the area.
200 meter to the next train stop that will take you to Salzburg within 35 minutes.
The train runs hourly.

Rules

No extensive noise! This is a residental area. Quiet time between noon and 2 pm, after 10 pm and on Sundays.

Smoking only allowed on the terrace, ask for an ashtray.
Please keep the garden and especially sanitary facilities clean! Garbage needs to be disposed in a garbage bag!

No shoes inside the house!

COVID 19: Please respect the actual measures of prevention and protection!
