Description

The Domaine du Moulin du Bien être welcomes you all year round with great pleasure. We live in an old water mill, in the countryside of Le Mans. It is a very peaceful place, surrounded by trees and it is very pleasant to rest near the watercourse.

The setting

There is no noise pollution.
Pets are allowed if they are kept on a leash and you pick up after them. We have a cat and many birds in the garden ;). At the moment we are working on our outbuildings so there are some things lying around and the garden is not very well maintained but we want to keep welcoming people. Our goal is to make beautiful meetings.

The spots

Land with a gentle slope towards the river. Possibility to put one or two single axle caravans and a light motor home. Several tents possible, non delimited pitches.

The sanitary facilities

Toilets and showers (be careful with the hot water tank) will be shared if needed and accessible in the house. Possibility to use the toilets in the evening and only according to our availability in the morning.

Visit of the Mill
The 24 hours circuit is 30 min away.
Zoo of Pescheray at 10 min, museum of the puppets of Dollon, tourist train of Connerré (transvap), small train of Semur in valley, Water level at 10 minutes (Lavaré), Museum of 24 Hours, Zoo of La Flèche, Spaycifique Zoo.

Other things

Pets are allowed if they are kept on a leash and you pick up after them. We have a cat on site. Smoking is allowed outside the grounds only.

Shuttle to the train station possible (6 € / person).
3 persons max. Departure 7:45 am and return with the train that leaves Le Mans at 5:06 pm every day.
The train leaves from Le Mans station with access to the streetcar which is direct to the city center and the 24h circuit.

Shuttle to the 24h of Le Mans circuit (20 € / person).
3 persons max to specify when booking. Decreasing price if full car.

  • The welcome at Clémence and Laurent's was very warm, even though we arrived very late in the evening because of a small accident.
    They were very understanding and nice, and their daughter was very nice with our two sons!
    The mill is a real paradise, and we spent a very pleasant night in the garden.
    Thank you again for showing us the mill and the surroundings, we feel like in a Monet painting!
    We highly recommend this quiet place and we will certainly come back!

    La nuit en van sur un terrain plat avec vue sur la campagne était top.
    Une route passe non loin mais rien d'audible du lieu de stationnement.
    Des sanitaires réservés aux campeurs sont en préparation dans une ancienne petite maison typique.
    Clémence et Laurent sont très accueillants et vivent dans l'ancien moulin à eau en contre-bas du terrain des campeurs. Très joli site bordé par une rivière, des saules pleureurs et même une bambouseraie.
    Clémence et Laurent sont tout deux thérapeutes et pratiquent leur activité sur les lieux.
    Plein de projets sont également en cours.. ils auront plaisir à partager avec vous leur vision et valeurs, n'hésitez pas à prendre le temps !
