Description

Small independent ground in edge of the Loire of approximately 500m2 on the commune of Bou.

It is composed of a small house of 20m2 in the course of development and an outbuilding in which you will have access to a small fridge, a microwave, electricity and a chemical toilet. Water is not yet available on the site, so we provide bottled water.

We live in the house next door, so we are available if needed.

The setting

We are located in a quiet place in edge of loire where you will be able to appreciate for example the sunset on the loire by going up only on the rise and beautiful walks.

The spots

The access is easily done by a small road in good condition. You will be able to settle on the whole ground which is slightly sloping on a part.

The sanitary facilities

As there is no water on the site, you will have access to bottled water and a chemical toilet.
