Description

Come visit our 60 acre organic farm nestled along the Similkameen River. Volunteer some time weeding, harvesting or helping out on the farm during your stay. We are private, fenced area with some services. We have outdoor showers, indoor showers, shared outdoor kitchen facilities, beautiful scenery and are located right in beautiful wine country.

The setting

Nestled along the Similkameen River, we have 60 acres of beautiful organic farm. Float down the river, spend some time fishing, lay out at night under a full blanket of stars and watch the Milky Way with the crickets chirping. See the baby owls nesting in the Cottonwoods, pick fresh fruit and veggies at the end of the day.

The spots

Flat level sites throughout the farm. Lots of areas for shade. Easy to reach. No size limit.

The sanitary facilities

Hot water. Indoor and outdoor bathrooms and showers, indoor and outdoor kitchens, BBQs. NO campfires are permitted during fire season.

The amenities

Internet. Kitchen access. Electricity. Indoor and outdoor bathrooms. Outdoor kitchen. Basic ingredients. Fridges available. Extension cords if needed. Easily charge up electronics if needed. Oven, microwave, BBQ, sinks for washing.

The activities

Help out around the farm, take on small projects. Fishing, swimming, floating on the river, stargazing, bird watching, fruit picking and vegetable growing. Learn French or Spanish with our amazing farm crew, tell stories around the table, learn about organic farming.

Rules

Absolutely NO illicit drug use will be tolerated. Smoking only in designated areas. Some facilities will be shared with our staff and cleanliness rules must be respected. Allocated times for shower or kitchen use may be implemented to ensure facilities are not overloaded. Small, well trained pets are permitted, absolutely NO Pitbulls, German Shepards or other large breed aggressive dogs. Any pets must be under owner control at all times.

Access is easy off of Highway 3.

Children are welcomed, but must stay out of commercial areas and be under supervision of parents at all times.

Possibility of breakfast ($15 / person)

Whatever is on the menu that day! Eggs and turkey bacon, oatmeal with fresh fruit, vegan options, dairy free and gluten free all available. Juice and coffee.
