The timing couldn't have been better.
Many thanks to Frédéric, Charle and "Mamie" for their know-how. We'll be back for sure, not only for the waterfront setting and short walks, but also for the rich and surprising human exchanges.
Special mention for the Ferme Sereine products, a catalog of pastries (shortcrust, puff pastry) and cannelés that are on a completely different level to some factory brands. -
Jean-Lou G.The quality of their artisanal production of canelés, pies and various pastries (which you can also find on the "Pourdebon" website) is on a par with the welcome and kindness of Frédéric and Charles, their Grand-Maman Michèle, as well as their dogs Charly and Coquille, and their goat Biscotte. Frédéric's sparkling sense of humor made their stay far too short.
Don't hesitate to pay them a visit... we've decided to return to the Ferme Sereine du Périgord soon. -

Léa G.We spent two days on Frederic's property. The setting is beautiful and relaxing. Everything from the moment we arrived to the moment we left was done in an extraordinarily benevolent way.
We enjoyed discovering both the landscapes of the Lot-et-Garonne/Dordogne, and Frédéric and Charles.
During this stay we were able to share with them very pleasant moments. Concerned about our escapade, Frédéric was able to advise us on many villages to visit. He is in his spare time a fantastic tourist guide!
We were able to taste a local beer at Arnaud and Kevin's restaurant/bar who are also great.
Last but not least, on this domain you will find directly the production company of Frederic himself. A small family business that only deserves to grow, you will find cannelés to die for, pizza doughs, puff pastry, shortbread, shortcrust. We tasted and were conquered, so much so that we left with a full cooler.
In this sense, even if you are not spending the night, but are just passing through, stop to taste and adopt these delicious treats.
Our dog was accepted with open arms, no risk with Coquille and Charly who had intense play sessions with ours.
Once again, thank you a thousand times Frédéric and also Charles for this sumptuous trip, and of course see you soon. -

In addition to the ideal geographical situation (we were able to discover Issigeac and Castillonès, to walk in Eymet), the place was exactly what we were looking for to take a breath of air my 12 years old son and me.
Frédéric proposed us several sites to put our tent and as we were in the mood for nature we chose a secluded spot near the river and the woods.
But don't think that we were far from everything and lost because we could at any time take advantage of the sanitary facilities (shower, toilets), do our dishes in the kitchen of the bungalow where all these equipments are.
There are places closer to these facilities and you will probably find the one that suits you.
We were welcomed very warmly with an explanation of the surroundings, the river (the Dropt) and a very good cannelé each that Frederic makes in an impressive lab of hygiene and equipment.
The discussions with him were a delight and we will remember his kindness until our next visit, because we will come back and visit other treasures around. -

Some information for those who would hesitate ;)
For our first trip in caravan, so a little stressed, we were happy to find an accessible and rather flat site, shaded, not to mention that we were lucky to have the site just for us these 2 days.
We had a very nice breakfast with a view on the Dropt river, followed by a little boat ride to the castle.
Frédéric is 10 minutes away from two medieval villages, convenient for a little cultural and gastronomic outing.
We already know where we will stop the next time we visit Fleurance. -
