Description

Olympic Games special! A quiet garden, with fast access (day and night) to Paris (metro line 13), Saint-Denis (tramway T1), La Défense (direct bus)... or even Versailles (RER C, a little further away).
We look forward to meeting you! Families welcome.

The setting

The neighborhood is a nature zone: all garden-city homes are surrounded by gardens (greenery, birds, hedgehogs...). All shops (supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies), cinema, parks and swimming pool are just a few hundred meters away. And even a large shopping center a little further away (2 km).
In the garden: fruit trees (cherries, plums, mirabelles) and, depending on the season, flowers, small fruits (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.), sometimes a small vegetable garden.
We are in the process of gradually converting the premises, so please bear with us...

The spots

Small, enclosed garden with independent access through a 3.40-metre-wide gate. Flat, semi-shaded plot in three parts separated by a garden shed:
1. A first area (on the quiet street side) almost 10 meters long, accessible to vehicles (for parking a small motor home or a converted van).
2. A second area (house side) for relaxation (grass and flowers, garden furniture, hanging chair... depending on the season).
3. A semi-buried terrace (private, possibly on loan).

The sanitary facilities

Cold water and electricity in the garden. We welcome vehicles with their own sanitary facilities. The toilets and showers in the basement are accessible at certain times, when the house is open and if we don't have guests.

The amenities

At your disposal:
Cold drinking water at all times (2 taps).
Electricity (outdoor sockets, with extension leads if required).
Waste garbage cans and compost bin (glass container nearby).
Garden furniture with coffee table and armchairs.
Garden table and chairs.
We can help you with other requests: kettle, induction hob, toaster, crockery, washing machine, Wi-Fi... Please don't hesitate to ask.

The activities

Nearby: Paris (15-minute metro ride), Stade de France (5/6 km, by metro or streetcar)...
In the commune: cinema, municipal aquatic center, several large parks with children's play areas, lake, sports activities.
Bakery, supermarket and hypermarket less than 1 km away.
Shopping centers (open even on Sundays): Les Chanteraines and Enox (1.5/2 km away), Qwartz (indoor shopping center) a little further.

Other things

We respect your choice to be self-sufficient, but if you wish, we'll be happy to talk and spend time with you, subject to our respective availability.
We speak fluent English. Exchanges in French or English.

Rules

Set up after 5/18pm, leave before 12pm, but times are negotiable if possible (to enjoy an extra day or two).
Free hours (independent access to the street at any time, come and go as you please).
Please be discreet on the terrace/house side in the evening (email hidden)Smoking is permitted in the garden, but please put your cigarette butts in the garbage can.
Help yourself to fruit and vegetables if you wish, but take care not to damage the trees, and do not abuse them.
Children welcome!
