Description

Spacious, shaded land located in a small town in Jouvençon in Saône et Loire between Mâcon and Chalon sur Saône 71, route du Jura.

The setting

Detached house with its land (total area 3600 M2) see photo.
The house is located in a departmental park at about 60 m from the land (quiet traffic), orchard, garden, shade, swimming pool area, games and relaxation.

The spots

Easy access for all types of vehicles and equipment (access to the standard size motorhome).

The sanitary facilities

Indoor shower (extra charge 1€/shower), indoor toilet, and hot water available.

The amenities

You will have access to WIFI, electricity (2€/place/day), swimming pool (possibility of being heated), a washing machine, a clothes line, access to the plancha. An extension cord will also be at your disposal + various accessories.

The activities

Fishing, canoeing, SPA, Eden Center, Tournus city (classified as a tourist attraction), river nearby, restaurants on the banks of the Saône and Seille.
We can also propose you boat trips with our own means for ballade and visit, possibility of practising the buoy, water skiing.
