Description

A manor house in the countryside, no neighbors except us, absolute calm!
You will be close to the sea and on the paths, at the edge of a small brook.

We have room for 3 pitches maximum, we do not want to take more so that everyone can have a large space (minimum 500m2 approx).

We propose to welcome you because it makes us meet people, and maybe also give us advices or ideas, and it also allows us to make some arrangements on the land as we go along (like an electric plug outside, solar lights, an arrangement to access the water independently, planting flowers, etc.)

Dogs are accepted if they are sociable.
We have two adorable jack Russels, and a dog that lives outside, they will keep your children busy for hours, and chickens (locked up)

We have been living here for 2 years and we regularly set up participative workcamps on our place with volunteers.
As you can see on the pictures, there are ruins, but also a stream, it will be necessary to warn your children, even if the stream is not very deep (about 2 to 30cm depending on the rainfall).

The setting

Idilic in a rural setting isolated from civilization, but with a very good connection to the 4G network at one kilometer from a 180° viewpoint on brignogan, goulven, and guisseny, at 3km from the GR 34 and on the way of the 90km trail of the tour of the country of lesneven.
A small stream runs through the property.
Little noise (except if we work on the spot, or if the farmers work the fields next door), the birds are very talkative, and numerous in view of the proximity with the ornithological reserve of the bay of goulven)
We have installed outdoor solar lights and added flowers.
There is a nice lawn area, with a view on the surrounding valley.

Each pitch is more or less 500m2 and are well apart from each other to give everyone their own space.

The spots

Facing south, except for a shaded site, the sites are almost flat on our land
For the camping car, know that the former owner parked a 35t on the property, the access to the property is very easy, no maximum dimension, but if semi it may not be flat, and rather on the road next to.

The sanitary facilities

The shower and toilet facilities are open at the house during our presence from 6pm to 8am, and all the time from Thursday evening to Monday morning unless we are absent.
We can provide a solar shower if needed (please advise if necessary).
There are two cold water points outside, and we also have an outside waterproof outlet that has been added.

The amenities

It is possible to leave an extension cord for your motorhome if you have not provided your own. If you connect your camper to electricity, the electricity will be charged according to your consumption.
Barbecue on the spot.
The shops are 5 minutes away by car, but if you need something, don't hesitate to knock on our door. In period except COVID, the casino of lesneven is opened from 8 am till 10 pm, every day and Sunday from 8 am till 7 pm.
The aromatics present in the garden are at your disposal (parsley, chives, thyme, rosemary, helychryse, sage, watercress), the eggs are often offered when I have an overproduction.
We have internet, and a very good 4g speed

The activities

We are in the countryside but very close to the coast of legends.
There is a beautiful fisherman village in Menéham (not to be missed), the beach of Kerema (paradise for kite surfers), swimming (for those who don't mind the 16-17°C water), there is the shell museum, the elephant rock, ...
Otherwise closer to foot, bike or horse, there are great trails (if you ever want me to help you make a circuit ... I know the trails to Brest, or Pospoder at home).

Other things

I pass by the bus station of Lesneven to go to work, so if you don't have a car, I can pick you up at 5:05 pm in Lesneven, and bring you back at 7:50 am to the bus station (bus 21).

Rules

1/ Electrical connection of your camping car / van is possible but you will be charged at the real consumption at the end of your stay thanks to a mini meter.
2/ It is forbidden to pass through the ruins, and be careful with the streams and future ponds (not protected).
3/ It is important to make the selective sorting:
-> Yellow garbage can: plastic, cardboard, paper, empty packaging
-> Compost bin: leftover vegetables, eggshells, tissues (do not put meat)
-> Black garbage can: everything else except waste that must be taken to the waste disposal center (batteries, oil, etc.).
-> Collection point: glasses, all your glasses will have to be taken to the collection point at your departure.
4/ No arrival after 10:30 pm unless you have our agreement.
5/ Important not to attract dogs to you, nor to feed them, think of the camper who does not like dogs. Dogs are very well educated, and can understand the commands outside, go away, your place, stop, sit, lie down, here at once, etc.
6/ Please respect the place, and leave it as close as possible.
7/Smokers are allowed but should not smoke near the hay straw or horses, and pick up their butts.
