Description

You'll be close to the sea and on footpaths, beside a small stream.

We have room for 3 pitches, and we want everyone to have a large space (minimum 500-600 m2 approx.).

We offer to welcome you as friends on vacation, and we're not stingy with advice or ideas for new discoveries. It's all about conviviality, with the possibility of sharing a table outside, a game of pétanque, or other activities.

Dogs are welcome if they are sociable.
We have two adorable Jack Russels, and a bitch who lives outside - they'll keep your children occupied for hours.

We've been here for 4 years, and we regularly organize workcamps with volunteers to preserve the ruins of a small 16th-century manor house.

The setting

Idyllic setting in a rural setting isolated from civilization, but with a very good connection to the 4G network, one kilometer from a 180° viewpoint over the sea of brignogan, goulven and guisseny, 3km from the GR 34 and on the path of the 90km tour du pays de lesneven.
A small stream runs through the property, and the birds are very chatty, and numerous given the proximity of the bird sanctuary in the Bay of Goulven.
We've installed solar-powered outdoor lights and added flowers, and we have 2 tables available, strategically placed in the shade of the trees.
There's a lovely lawn area, with views over the surrounding valley.

Each pitch is more or less 500m2 in size, and are set well apart to give everyone their own space.

The spots

Each pitch benefits from sun and shade from the trees.
For motorhomes, please note that the previous owner used to park a 35t on the property, access to the property is very easy, no maximum size, but if semi it may not be flat, and rather on the road next door.

The sanitary facilities

The shower and toilet facilities are open at the house during our presence from 6pm to 8am, and all the time from Thursday evening to Monday morning unless we are absent. From 07 to 31 May and 05 to 28 July, the toilets and showers will be open at all times.
We can provide a solar shower if required (please let us know if necessary).
There are two outside cold-water points, and we have also added an outside watertight socket.

The amenities

It is possible to leave an extension cord for your motorhome if you have not provided your own. If you connect your camper to electricity, electricity will be billed according to your actual consumption.
Barbecue on site.
Shops are a 5-minute drive away, but if you're short of anything, don't hesitate to knock on our door. Supermarkets close very early (around 7pm).
The herbs in the garden are at your disposal (parsley, chives, thyme, rosemary, helychrysum, sage), eggs and salads are often offered when I have an overproduction.
We have internet access, and a very good 4g connection.

The activities

We're right in the middle of the countryside, but very close to the coast of legends.
There's a magnificent fishing village at ménéham (not to be missed), Kerema beach (a paradise for kite surfers), swimming (for those who don't mind 14-18°C water), the shellfish museum, the elephant rock, ...
Closer to home, on foot, by bike or on horseback, there are some great trails (if you ever want me to help you make a circuit ... I know the trails to Brest, or Pospoder from home).

Other things

I use the Lesneven bus station to go to work, so if you don't have a car, I can pick you up at 5.05pm in Lesneven, and bring you back to the bus station at 7.50am (bus 21).

PS: We also have a double room and a triple room for rent on site, which we can offer (subject to availability).

Rules

1/ Electricity connection for your camper/van possible, but you will be billed for actual consumption at the end of your stay thanks to a mini-meter.
2/Passing through the ruins is forbidden, and please take care of the streams and future ponds (not protected).
3/ It's important to sort your waste:
-> Yellow garbage can: plastic, cardboard, paper, emptied packaging
-> Compost bin: leftover vegetables, eggshells, tissues (do not put meat)
-> Black garbage can: everything else except waste that needs to be taken to the waste collection center (batteries, oil, etc.).
-> Glass collection point: all glass must be taken to the collection point on departure.
4/ No arrivals after 10.30pm unless you have our agreement.
5/ It's important not to attract dogs to your campsite, or feed them. Think about campers who don't like dogs. Dogs are very well-educated, and can understand commands such as "out", "your place", "stop", "no", "sit", "down", "home", "here now", etc.
6/ Please respect the premises and leave them as clean as possible.
7/Smokers are allowed, but must not smoke near hay, straw or horses, and must pick up their cigarette butts.

  • A very kind welcome, even though I arrived in the middle of construction work!
Aurélie goes out of her way to provide information on places to visit not only in her region but also, as far as I'm concerned, in China!
    I recommend this address.

  • We spent a week camping at Aurélie and Henri's campsite.
We found them to be super-friendly people with a thousand good tips. Aurélie introduced us to seaweed harvesting, and Henri gave us a real helping hand with a car problem. We came to people's homes, we left friends' homes! I'd recommend this place a thousand times over.

  • Thank you for your welcome, you are simple people like I like. I miss Fifette too. See you soon. Best regards. Lio.

  • Friendly couple; among fields and mooing cows. They are happy to share their bathroom and kitchen for washing up, as well as giving good advice on visits (special thanks to Aurélie's husband), as they are very comfortable welcoming visitors.
Be careful not to leave anything outside, as one of the three dogs is allowed to roam free.

  • The property is really very well located, next to a number of magnificent sites: there are so many great walks to be had!
Aurélie and her husband made us feel very welcome, especially when they helped us set up the caravan!
    Thank you, Aurélie!

  • Super friendly welcome. Henri and Aurelie are generous and immediately put you at ease. You feel right at home. A real home-camping spirit. A very pleasant stay. We highly recommend it. Plus: lots of advice on visits and activities, and convivial board games.

  • Lovely quiet spot to pitch my tent.
A warm welcome from Aurélie and her dogs, who just want to be cuddled.
Aurélie is full of delicate attentions.
Thank you for the moments shared: with friends and visitors, aperitifs, walks,
Unfortunately, the weather was not so good and the forecasted storm made me pack my bags a week early.
I'll be back for a W E with some sun... And to see how the work on this major project is progressing. Maybe Henry will be there too.
My 14 year old York has found a new lease on life with the Cuddles trio.
I recommend this place of calm and serenity, which is the essence of this house.

  • Stopover in a quiet place where we were warmly welcomed. Our hosts know all the right places to eat and see.

  • Very friendly reception, and personalized advice,
    We recommend this location +++.

  • Accueil au top, je recommande.
    ????????????????????

  • Very good against the rabbit.....

  • We spent an excellent week with friends at Aurélie and Henry's who are adorable and full of advice. We recommend their address without hesitation. Thank you again for your restaurant advice.

  • Very nice hosts and quiet land

  • We were well received and took our place on the site
We had a lot of space and it was very nice and quiet
Thank you for offering this concept of accommodation and with electricity and shower ????

  • I booked for the same day for 3 for 2 nights, very nice reception, very nice and welcoming people, I recommend ++++!
    Thanks again for everything! ????????????

  • Nice place lost in the middle of the fields. Aurélie will welcome you with a smile and many places for all tastes to recommend in the area. We recommend this place :-)

  • We spent a night at Aurélie's house in a calm and relaxing environment.
Thanks to Aurélie for her welcome and her precious advice.
Our daughter loved playing with the two dogs Choco and Jack.
    I recommend

  • What a great stay. Aurelie and her husband did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They recommended local attractions and great hiking routes. They also provided me with the appropriate maps. They even watched the European Championship with me, although I don't think they are big soccer fans. The two cuddly dogs, the horse and also the chickens make the charm of the property still complete

  • A welcoming and accommodating couple who love to receive people who are passing through
    Thank you!

  • Very good stay with Aurélie.
Very nice couple, we will come back to see the progress of the work. Good luck and see you soon when we come back to your region!

  • Very good weekend at Aurélie's.
    Very nice couple.

  • In addition to their excellent welcome, Aurélie and Henri made us share their joy of living: board games, shared herbal teas.... and also a solid support to repair our tent! ^^
Thanks to both of them !
    Camille, Anna and Joséphine

  • Aurélie is a very welcoming host and we had a great stay! We hope to come back soon!

  • Nice meeting with young passionate people.
    Super quiet place.
We will watch the progress of the renovations
    Good luck
