Description

Welcome to a shady garden close to the station (RER B line, which may be partially under summer maintenance, please enquire).
Very quiet space with trees.
Electromagnetic quietude (electrosensitive).
A word of advice if you're doing the vélocenie: the path from Magny-les-Hameaux down to Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse is extremely steep. It's a pedestrian path, but there are ways of taking the road, so you don't have to sunbathe with your bike and luggage.

The setting

Very bucolic neighborhood. On the side of the Chevreuse valley (ubac orientation).

The spots

Rectangular garden with many trees, 20x20m. Accessible flat land

The sanitary facilities

Forêt à 50m, see (website hidden)

The amenities

water from the village fountain, or ask me as a neighbor.
possibly 220V electrical access
garden furniture under awning
campfire and BBQ possible

The activities

We are 1 hour from Paris by RER B in nominal operation of the line.
You can go hiking in the Vallée de Chevreuse etc. .
I can provide you with maps

Other things

Experimental gamping, access to the house to be negotiated.

Situation
  • First home camper experience. Pierre made us feel very welcome. Very discreet. We had a very good night.

  • Friendly welcome.
Perfect place to sleep in peace.

  • Everything was perfect.
    Thanks to Pierre.

  • Land as described in the ad.
Perfect communication with Pierre who answers very quickly.
Extremely well placed, close to the veloscenie, close to the woods and if needed close to the station.
A big thank you for everything Pierre!

  • The situation is different than the one proposed, nice character.

  • Thank you Pierre for this welcome!

  • Very good stop at Pierre's, charming place and interesting personality!

  • I spent a night in Pierre's garden. Welcoming host, we were able to exchange on many subjects. I recommend

  • We were welcomed at Pierre's place for 4 nights.
We appreciated the place and the calm.
Pierre is very nice and available.
The only drawback is that the services mentioned are not all there...no swing, wifi not or very little received at the bottom of the field...but for us it did not alter our stay because the children have plenty of space to play.
    I recommend +++.
Thank you Pierre for your welcome and good continuation

  • A beautiful garden, a very present host, a few surprises (notably on the "dry toilets") but a first enriching experience.

  • Pierre is very helpful and ready to help you to give you good advices for visits in Paris or around.

  • We spent one night at Julien's place :) Very nice garden, good location from Paris/Versaille and he is a mine of information on the subject! Very good advice for the visits. The only small hitch would be the absence of independent shower and independent dry toilets as described in the description, which did not bother us knowing that we were only staying one night. Thanks again for the welcome Julien!

  • Great welcome! The place is very nice, and the host kindly volunteered to show us around the area. Bonus: with the knowledge of the host we can recognize in the evening the different planets that appear in the sky!

  • Pierre is very welcoming and available, he is always talking about interesting subjects, he will not hesitate to lend you equipment, to invite you to aperitif evenings with his neighbors and to suggest walks in the area (we went to the climbing blocks of Dampierre).
There is a water supply in the garden, shower with hose
    The area is remarkably quiet
    Enjoy your stay !

  • Large garden in a quiet area. Very good welcome from Pierre who also gives good hiking maps of the surroundings.
