Description

The paradou is a place of life where wild and cultivated (fruits, plants and flowers, laying hens) are mixed. Located near the GR of the Tour du Tanargue and various hiking trails, it is a place of bivouac and staging area for walkers, possibly accompanied by donkeys, horsemen or cyclists.
It is located 2km from Largentière where the main shops and several restaurants are located.

The setting

In the shade of the trees, you can pitch your tent, set up your hammock or sleep under the stars... facing the medieval village of Montreal, and overlooking the Roubreau valley

The spots

No delimited site, a faïsse (terrace built in dry stones) is put at your disposal, near the conveniences... Flat and shaded ground

The sanitary facilities

A sink with drinking water and a shower are reserved for you, as well as an independent dry toilet. No hot water :)

The amenities

No additional equipment apart from the sanitary facilities... as close to Nature as possible during your stay (4G network though!).
Fenced and electrified parks can accommodate your 4-legged friend (possibility of providing fodder or pellets ON REQUEST)

The activities

Hiking, horseback riding, donkey riding or biking!
Many outdoor sports (kayaking, climbing, caving,...) are available in the area.
The local heritage is very diversified, as much by its natural wealth as by the History which was played there.

Other things

Stay limited to 2 nights maximum... the place is a stop on your way!

Rules

Fires and the use of chemical products are forbidden, as well as picking on the site.
The configuration of the terraced site may present certain risks for young people, who remain under the responsibility and vigilance of those accompanying them.
