Description

- 2 nights minimum - A corner of nature at the gates of the city of Nantes - Slow down, take a break connected to the living of the Earth...
I love to welcome and share the environments I create to meet with friends, family, or with oneself in connection with nature and its deepest nature.

The setting

Land of 4500m2 well planted with sunny areas and large trees, chestnut trees, oaks, fruit trees (fig, plum, cherry, apple, ...). The birds are the singing inhabitants ;). There are houses in the surroundings on large plots. The roads are small country roads.

The spots

For 2 people maximum in the cabin (the other people accompanying you must sleep in a tent or other - I can also rent you 2 specific hammocks to sleep)

All in wood, with earthen works (pig head, deer head). Large openings that allow you to see nature (especially from the upper bed). Possible opening like a straw hut... You are in the nature with all the fauna which also takes its place. Spiders, field mice,... are the harmless neighbors who sometimes invite themselves to the shed (you may hear the field mice behind the wooden partitions and I remove the cobwebs but unemployment or retirement does not exist for them ;) ... ).

The sanitary facilities

When I am here, the bathroom of my house is accessible directly from the outside and will be open on time slots to be discussed with you. The dry toilets are located behind the cabin. In summer and in my absence, you will have a drinking water point and water cans for your toilet.

The amenities

You have electricity in the hut (lights and power strip) Internet is available in wifi near the house and in the hut. To cook you have a few dishes and cutlery and a brazier/barbecue common to all (5€ per wheelbarrow of wood is required, otherwise you will buy your charcoal), an electric kettle and outdoor spaces with benches and tables. A kettle will be available at the hut. There are outdoor electric and usb outlets at the cabin and an electric outlet on the back terrace of the house.
For additional heaters and extension cords to tents or campers add 3€/day.

The activities

Rest, reading, writing, walks in the surrounding countryside. Ping pong, shuffleboard, ball...
The historical center of Nantes is about 15/20mn by car without too much traffic. Many cultural and festive activities in Nantes. The Erdre, "François Ier said that it is "the most beautiful river in France"" is 10/15 minutes away by car and many walks or nautical activities are possible, (Sucé sur Erdre, pretty little port, the Versailles island in Nantes and the barges/restaurants ...).

No nocturnal nuisance.

Party and invitation possible to a certain extent on request music, dance and lights around the fire, a supplement will be asked (5€ per guest if they don't take the camping option via my ad for campers).

Beware of small children (I do not accept children under 6 years old), animals (dog not used to small children/cat/chickens), uneven ground, prickly plants (yucca) and open ground on the road (not enclosed).

    We feel good in the hut (and we sleep comfortably), we feel good around the hut, especially near the brazier in the evening, under the stars, we feel good with Albane who is a very nice host... in short, it's an ideal place to stop.
    Living in Nantes, we will surely see Albane again; either during a next stay, or to have a drink ;)
