Description

The campsite is located on a small family farm. Domaine Neuf is a 7.5-hectare 'peasant farm' with a highly diverse production in small quantities (ancient wheat, old-fashioned bread, honey, etc.).
The farm is open to campers with a taste for country life, nature and local produce.

The setting

The campsite is located in the countryside - a bocage landscape - with large forests all around. To the east, you can see the Morvan (approx. 20 km away), and to the west, the Loire (approx. 3 km away). It's very quiet, with very little traffic.

The spots

Above all, you'll find plenty of space (there are just six pitches on the 7.5ha site) and very few people (we accept a maximum of 20). There are no fixed pitches, so you can choose your own spot on the 40,000 m² grounds.

The sanitary facilities

Comfort is guaranteed with a cabin built from ecological materials, featuring dry toilets, a shower in a large barrel, and hot water heated by the sun. We also offer a summer kitchen (with stove, fridge, sink, pots and pans, etc.). Everything is made with sustainable materials and low energy consumption.

On site, you can enjoy the country atmosphere and tranquility. On Fridays, there are meetings in the bakery. Nearby, you can go swimming in the Loire (or in the canal), kayaking, hiking, visiting sites in the Morvan (e.g. bibracte) etc.

We sell our products on the farm, as well as some from neighboring producers. Liesbeth is a farmer-baker: she bakes sourdough bread in a wood-fired oven. For cereals, she has chosen to work only with ancient varieties. The bakery is the sales and registration area for the campsite, but above all it's a friendly meeting place.
