Description

Hello, we are a couple in our fifties with a 12 years old child. We are sporty (both marathon runners, mountain bike, paddle,...).
We know for a long time the world of campers, we love to leave with our tent in France or abroad.
We also exchange our house.
The pretext is especially to make meetings and to share the aperitif or a barbecue with people of passage. We are waiting for you!

The setting

Our house of 140m² is located on a 7000m² land including a swimming pool, a meadow and a small wood, a petanque ground.
We have geese, an adorable dwarf goat and Texas our very cuddly dog.
We live in a small village with all the essential shops (grocery store, bar-pub, pharmacy, bakery, market gardener, doctors, physiotherapist,...) at less than 500 meters from the house.

The spots

Our 3 or 4 pitches are located in the meadow.
You will appreciate the calm, the proximity with nature, the sunset.
The ground is flat and mowed.

The sanitary facilities

A shower, washbasin and dry toilets are at your disposal.

The amenities

You can benefit from a barbecue, a plancha, a trampoline.

The activities

From the house, you will have the possibility of leaving in excursion (with foot or in vtt), by borrowing the way bordering our property. There are many walks around our village, including one in the "Vallée du Pressoir" (3 km away).
You can :
- go paddling, canoeing on the Thouet river in Thouars (5 kilometers), in St Loup sur Thouet, a beautiful village in the Deux-Sèvres (20 kilometers),
- Visit Saumur (45 kilometers), La Rochelle (120 kilometers), Thouars, Bressuire,
- enjoy with your children the park of the valley in Massais (3 kilometers),
- enjoy the Puy du Fou,
- enjoy the Futuroscope,
- go boating in the Marais Poitevin.
An aquatic center is located 4 kms away with a Nordic pool and a slide.
