Member since 2020, Valerie welcomes you since summer 2022.

Come and set up your tent and enjoy the calm of the village of Châtelneuf. At 10 minutes drive from Champagnole, the village is close to all amenities.

Close to the 4 lakes (Maclus, Ilay, Narlay), Hérisson waterfalls, Rocher de la Baume (beautiful walks starting from the house for all levels of walking)

The house overlooks a 2 hectare plot of land where everyone can find a quiet place.

The setting

We are in the countryside. The setting calls for rest and calm. Resourcing and nature cure guaranteed

The spots

The land is easily accessible.

The back of the house and the orchard can accommodate several tents (4-5 tents) and when the cows are not there, the tents can settle in their meadow (2 hectares).

Camping car, caravan and van on the parking in front of the house (2 places maximum).

The sanitary facilities

At the inhabitant's house WC and shared shower.

There is a dry toilet and a tap outside. Possibility to take a shower and to enjoy the common areas (kitchen, living room)

The amenities

Barbecue, bicycle shelter, kitchen and refrigerator at the home

Internet: very good connection to the trees, the place, the calmness inside... Here you can (re)connect to your true nature.

No wifi

The activities

For those who like to walk, there are hiking trails starting from the house and for all levels of walking.

The lakes of Ilay, Maclu and Narlay are about 15 minutes away by car.

Close to the lake of Chalain, Chutes du Hérisson, Champagnole and its local market on Saturday morning (where I buy excellent local products that I know how to put in value to delight your taste buds).

Rules

In order to preserve the tranquility of the place, please do not make any noise between 10pm and 8am.

No smoking house

Tent ready

The house has a shared room with 8 beds (for an extra charge for sheets and cleaning).

In case of bad weather and if there is no rental, there is the possibility to sleep in a comfortable bed (8 single beds)

(I also lent my sofa bed to one of my guests who came by bike under a heavy rain! I didn't have the heart to let him set up his tent in the rain).
