Description

Large plot with access to drinking water (cold water) and electricity. You must be self-sufficient. Access via a communal dirt track. Ideal for a weekend with friends. You'll have access to outdoor games (shuffleboard, petanque and other games of skill are available on loan).

We kindly ask our campers to leave their pitch free of garbage and to respect the site.

The setting

In the heart of the Marais Breton Vendéen, 7km from the sea at St Jean de Monts and its national forest, 1km from the village center of "Le PERRIER" with its amenities (bakery, mini-market, farmers' market, etc.).

Easy access from the main road.
Flat, shady land at the edge of the plot.

Separate dry toilets on site.
For motorhomes, there is an emptying and filling area 6km away.

One exterior electrical outlet. Free access to electricity for cell phone charging in the hut. 3 €/day surcharge for caravans / motorhomes or similar for any external connection using an extension lead.

The activities

It's a very touristy region, offering all the usual sports and cultural activities. Beach, golf, swimming pool, equestrian center, restaurant, pedestrian street, cultural visits and many other activities await you:
- Saint jean de monts 5km away
- Saint gilles croix de vie and its port 15 km away
- Pier for "l'île d'Yeu" 15 km away. The most remote island on the French Atlantic coast, it's full of charm and a change of scenery...
- Sallertaine, an atypical village adorned with two churches, has been awarded the "Ville et Métiers d'Art" label.

Rules

Children are welcome, but must remain under the supervision of parents or carers, as the site is surrounded by "étiers" (ditches with water).
If you are not alone on the site, dogs must be kept on a leash.
You must pick up after them.
So as not to pollute the water of the étiers and the ground, the crockery (if there is), as well as the use of your toilet products will have to be biodegradable.
The setting is lovely and in the middle of nature, so please respect it.

    Big, clean and just right.
    Just be sure to bring a large (100m minimum) extension cord, if you want to hook up to electricity while staying out of the way.

  • Very nice host. I left my caravan in a dead garage for 8 days in order to do the velodysée from Rochefort. Not finding an adequate way to get to La Roche sur Yon, she offered to drive me personally for a reasonable price. Very good reception, nice place but without support. I recommend if you are autonomous.
