Description

secluded, wooded, very natural site, spring, close to a river and not far from shops, with an important tourist heritage.
Its asset: the song of the many birds

The setting

very wooded, shale soil, bird sounds, nothing from the city; sound light and smell,, no construction in the view, just the neighbor's castle over a high hedge,,

The spots

the terrain is varied: flat at the entrance, a valley, a hillock, another flat area, and the last part, slightly sloping and more humid, a hectare divided into grass, lush flora and wooded areas, so there's plenty of choice when it comes to setting up, with no marking constraints.

The sanitary facilities

I'm installing a solar shower, a dry toilet, a barbecue and wood, no timetable but no modern conveniences.

The activities

on site, nothing is planned to make noise lol, just petanque balls will be put,, you will have the leisure to do what you want without disco there

Other things

activities in the region, from durbuy adventure to unusual museums

Rules

The most important thing is to respect the land, no capsules on the ground, no cigarette butts on the ground, no loud noises (shouting and very high volume),
I'd also like the fire to take place in the same place, as it will be in a hole lined with brick to prevent it from spreading inadvertently. Please note that you must respect communal decisions in the event of drought.
there's no timetable, you're free to spend your days and nights as you please, smoke and drink as you wish, and make sure the children don't destroy the place you've lent them and have a good time.

Situation
  • Superb understanding too bad it was very humid but I'll be back :-)

  • Super nature place , We did not see Ingrid but she guided us by phone ( very nice)
We'll be back for some wonderful walks.
    Thank you Ingrid

  • Beautiful, large grounds in a quiet location. We were alone in the world. Thank you for making it available!

  • Everything was perfect.

  • We had a great stay (5 nights) on this beautiful site.
The site is large and offers a wide choice of places to pitch your tent. It's on the edge of a forest and 1km from some stores (bakery, butcher's, night&day).
    It's easily accessible by car.
On site, we built a fire and a bbq. We had access to a dry toilet and 2 small showers (from Decathlon), which was enough for us.
Very friendly owner and quick response despite last-minute booking!

  • I was passing through and slept in day time. Nice and quiet. In the evening fit again to travel further.

    Herman.
