Description

We have a large shaded plot of land with a small swimming pool, in a quiet area, in Ploemel (Morbihan). The charm of the countryside a few kilometers from the sea!

The setting

The land is a lawn in the shade of oak trees. We have neighbors, so the quietness of the site is a given.

The spots

The pool has a terrace. Campers have access to a toilet, shower and sink. There is an outside plug for electricity if needed.

The sanitary facilities

The access to the sanitary facilities is possible during our presence.

The activities

The hiking trails pass not far from the house. From Ploemel, you can go surfing in Erdeven, go hiking or horseback riding on the paths, visit the megalithic sites of Carnac... unless you prefer windsurfing or just eating an ice cream. You can also go to Quiberon, departure for the islands of Houat, Hoëdic and Belle-Ile. A little further, Auray and Vannes are two charming cities to visit. There is a great accrobranches park at 500m from the house and Ploemel is also known for its golf and karting. We can't get bored!

Rules

- This is our private property. We welcome you in our own garden. This is a guarantee of security but, in return, it is obvious that the rules of good neighborliness are imposed, in order to respect the peace of all.
- It is possible to park in front of the house.
- Barbecues or any other fire are forbidden.
- Think of managing your waste.
- For the swimming pool, we insist that bathers wear a swimming suit. Beach suits cannot be used because they leave a significant amount of sand.
- Two chickens live in their own little corner of the grounds, in their pen.
