Description

Land adjacent to our house.
We welcome you on our land where our friends the animals will not be accepted because ours, cats, hens and sheep hold with their small quiet life....we are located between Rennes Nantes and Angers.
10 min from the charming town of Chateaubriant and 10 min from a free lake: the Pouancé leisure park.
Here you can enjoy swimming and other activities such as paddling, pedal-boating and canoeing....
Our little village has a mini-market, a bakery, a café, a pharmacy and a restaurant.
You can also borrow a bike.

The setting

You're in the countryside 10 minutes from Chateaubriant, a pond in Pouancé allows you to refresh yourself with canoeing and pedal-boating. You're between Rennes, Nantes and Angers.

The sanitary facilities

Washroom facilities and a washbasin are available between 6:00 pm and 10:00 am on weekdays and weekends (the room in which they are located is also my daytime work area).

Arrival between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
Departure before 11:00 am.
