The activities

We're 20 minutes from the beaches and marshes of Saint-Omer, a must-see: the Watten mill, the Eperlecques forest, the ruminghem golf course.
You can also visit the fortified town of Gravelines or Bergues, famous not for its excellent cheese but for the Danny Boon movie.
For fishermen, we're a 10-minute walk from the river Aa, which separates the north from the Pas de Calais.
It's also possible to visit a goat cheese farm, meet the animals on foot and buy some very good cheese (max. 30 min. slow walk).
We have cats, sheep, an old Australian shepherd, chickens and Cameroonian sheep roaming free.

Other things

We occasionally like to share our meals by putting in common and privilege the sharing
we also have a few addresses to recommend to you, such as restaurants in the marshes of saint omer, which are not to be missed...remember, we are not a campsite, but private individuals who do their best to ensure that you have a pleasant time.

  • Quiet setting and the owner is super friendly.
    You'll find everything nearby.
I keep a good memory of it.

  • Excellent treatment, terrain and facilities are also very good, the concept and idea for what is set is very good but it broke everything the order and cleanliness. If it had been clean and tidy as it looked in the photos, the stay would have been perfect.

  • We were superbly welcomed by Françoise. I recommend a stay with Françoise if you need to recharge your batteries and you're not far from everything (beach, walks and markets...). It's well worth the price. She knows the region very well, so she's very good at giving advice. Many thanks again. See you soon

  • Very welcoming and friendly, lovely grounds with a nice hot shower area.

  • Very friendly and helpful

  • A huge thank you for your welcome!

    Your land is simply PERFECT!

Shade, space, kitchen, toilet and bathroom.

    Everything you need is there!

We really had a great time, we left your place with a taste of too little so we were there well.

Thank you also for your advice on places to visit, restaurants ... Etc !

    See you soon!

    Manon, Océane, Saskia and Raoul.

  • The place is magical! There is a wonderful atmosphere, you feel relaxed, in the sharing and (for me who needed to work) concentrated!
Françoise is extremely welcoming and attentive. Thanks to her, we feel at home, everything is natural. 1000 thanks!

  • We had a nice night there. Francoise is very helpful and gave us many tips.

  • Very good experience with Françoise!

  • A place full of spirituality in an authentic nature surrounded by fantastic animals.

Françoise is a very sweet and welcoming person as well as her family.

Despite the distance we hope to return.

  • Very calm and remote place to camp. Nice shower! Perfect experience for my very first bikepacking trip!

  • Beautiful place where we will come back

  • Good experience a pleasant moment of relaxation in the nature a warm welcome.

  • An incredible and unusual place
    A nice discovery
Great welcome and to disconnect it's perfect

  • Very well received. Quiet and very relaxing with the visit of frezbee (the dog) and little bread (the cat). We loved it

  • Warm welcome, restful and rejuvenating place.
    Thank you Françoise

  • Our 3 children and ourselves come back home with stars in our heads... "Madame Françoise" (our daughter used to call her that), took care of us from the beginning to the end of our stay. Sharing, conviviality, good mood, are so many reasons that made us happy for our very first experience of homecamping.

Moreover, the setting is superb, the space is enormous and the proximity with the animals is a big plus for young and old!

A great meeting, a magical experience (despite a more than capricious weather).

    Thanks again for everything Françoise...

  • Great place, very quiet and pleasant.
Lots of animals, which is great with small children!

  • Pascal who welcomed us is very nice and Françoise who was not present was just as nice during our exchanges however 4th home camping for us and first disappointment...
Everyone has his own vision of things for the maintenance... ( and no I'm not talking about the lawn that has grown) I deleted my first message which was perhaps lacking in discernment...
So I let you make your opinion on what you will discover... by hoping that an effort will have been made by then...
    The pictures are not recent...

  • Francois is something very special. If you're looking for a place of silence, you've come to the right place. If I had known how beautiful it is there, I would have definitely stayed a little longer. It was really magical. There was so much space. The sanitary facilities are kept simple, but that's what I found charming. Francois, her children and the dog were quite adorable.

  • Françoise is a very warm, hospitable and open person. The place is incredible, peaceful and beautiful ????
    Thank you for everything????????☀️

  • Accueil chaleureux et suis ravie d’avoir partagé de très bon moment avec Françoise et sa famille.
Je recommande pour les fans de nature!
