Hello,
It is with pleasure that we will welcome you on our land along the Orne river, in the middle of nature. You will have plenty of space and privacy, sheltered in the vegetation.
It is a magical place, a few steps from the city of Caen (accessible by car in 5 minutes and by foot in 20-30 min from the house).
Kayaks at your disposal (free access) for walks on the Orne.
Proximity of a bus stop and shops.
Sanitary facilities, kitchen in the house.
Attention
1. it is necessary to go down the hills to reach the house, so unfortunately it is not adapted to handicapped people.
2. There is no fence along the river Orne, so it is not suitable for families with young children.

The setting

Very calm ground in full vegetation and at the edge of the Orne, with the shelter, no light, and no noise the night.
During the day in summer, small boats, kayaks and canoes can pass by on the Orne. On the other side of the Orne is a greenway but you are sheltered behind the vegetation.
Be careful, there is no fence on the river, so it is not suitable for small children.

The spots

Large plot of land, sloping down to the Orne but then flat along the river with lots of shade in summer.
Access not possible for handicapped people because it is necessary to go down the slopes on a small path.

  • We enjoyed our stay at Liens place really! Lien welcomed us really friendly an the place is beautiful and direct at a lake where you can go canyoning. On the other side you can be really quick in the city centre. So there are a lot if different things to do.
