Description

Hello,
You will find here a closed ground of 1000 m² on which you will be able to settle down freely.
On this ground is a garage equipped with a room in self-service where you will find a shower a WC a kitchen a fridge of dishwasher and shelves of arrangement.
There is also an apprentice to be able to take shelter in case of bad weather.

The setting

The land is located in a wooded subdivision very close to downtown Carcans via the bike path.
It is a quiet place close to nature.

The spots

The pitches are rather free according to the people present on the ground.
And is located on a flat ground with trees with shade and sun according to the desires of each and the moment.

The sanitary facilities

Sanitary facilities and a kitchen shower are self-service in a room to which you will have independent access.

The amenities

In the kitchen you will also find a microwave oven, a coffee maker and of course a gas stove.
Internet is available for free thanks to the free wi-fi for everyone.
There are electrical outlets inside and outside.

The activities

There are a lot of activities to do in the region, my favorite one is surfing.
And if you wish I will be happy to accompany you in this crazy adventure.

Rules

I wish that the people who come here respect the place and the environment.

We are here as a collocation to share common spaces.

You will need to wash and wipe and put away your dishes after each use.

You will also have to sort out the garbage.

And since there is no maid service here, you will need to keep the space clean so that it is pleasant for everyone.
