Amanthis L.One year after our stay with Claudio and Julia, we still have great memories! As soon as we arrived, they offered us their caravan so that we wouldn't have to pitch our tent on the soaked ground after a heavy storm. We then shared an excellent meal with them, which Julia had prepared using produce harvested from their garden. The view and the setting are absolutely magical, and the two hosts do everything they can to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend it!

For motorhome only conditionally suitable if small. Would say at 6 meters is the end.For van and tent super. Clean bathroom and the yard dog Max to cuddle

A beautiful place near Florence with an almost 360° view, it was perfect. Thanks to Claudio and Julia for their warm welcome.
The only drawback would be the proximity of the highway that we hear all the same and the planes that land at the end of the day, but we slept very well despite that! -

They really welcome you with the desire to share their culture, their love for animals and nature. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and you are only 20 minutes from Florence. You have both been so welcoming, just like your dogs and cats (Max and Bea so sweeet).
The limoncello, your olives and the dinner were just incredibly good, experience above expectations!

Tramway 20min away (by car) + free parking all day/night long. Then it takes about 20min to reach the city centre, easy and handy! -

Juliya showed us with enthusiasm her kingdom of animals and plants. To celebrate our wedding day she served us a 7-course menu with ingredients from her own garden. Juliya is an excellent cook, a dinner in the garden is an experience. Interesting conversations rounded it all out. Thank you very much for this evening.

Herbert M.Such a nice place to stay! During the hot days, we relaxed under the trees, listening to the zykades, reading and watching the beautiful butterflies on the nearby lavender.
Or talk to Yuliya, the heart and soul of the place - with her animals and her veggie garden. Everyday she had some new sensation to show us: The 17 ducklings who hatched from their eggs the night before; the eggs with the small holes in it, next day lovely chicks!
And if she or Claudio ask if you want to have lunch or dinner, don‘t think twice!! Yuliya mostly cooks out of her garden, and she is a really good cook!
Claudio is such a nice man, too. He not only cares for you, he makes you feel like family. And always helped if questions had arisen.
We had some really nice days, meeting lovely people, and I am looking forward to see you both again, Yuliya and Claudio,, either in Austria or in Marliano…. -

Ruth ‘Woz’ C.I’m so grateful to Claudio and Yulia for their hospitality and kindness ????. They welcomed me with trust and generosity and went beyond the level of hosts to help me solve some personal logistical problems. Claudio even picked me up and dropped me off at the train station as it was Easter weekend and the bus wasn’t so frequent. The setting is beautiful and fully in nature, there are dogs, cats, chickens, ducks and geese! But no problems with the noises. The sunsets are stunning and there is a fantastic outdoor dining area. There are some airplanes overhead on their way to Florence, but they stop before midnight and were not a problem. I recommend to have a meal with Claudio and Yulia one night too! Yulia is a great cook, and there are fresh eggs and herbs from the garden. Shower and toilet spotlessly clean. Hot water too! Grazie Mille mille mille Claudio and Yulia ????

Claudio and Julija are 2 exceptional people. We were delighted to be able to live with them during these 3 days. Their dog is very cute and what to say about the 3 little cats...
Claudio is fluent in Italian, English and French, so it's very easy to communicate. He is open, kind and very friendly.
The place is also beautiful and very close to Florence (tip: take the streetcar to get to the center of Florence, free parking outside the city).
