Description

Welcome! My father will be happy to advise you on wine if he is present and my mother will be delighted to recommend some specialties.

The setting

The ground, half-enclosed because without gate, is about 2500 m2.
It is accessed by a large concrete driveway (4.50 m wide) bordered by a grassy area that allows maneuvering. It leads to a platform (7m x 20 m) where vehicles can park flat if you wish.
Another flat grassy area provides shade depending on where you set up.
The ground is decorated with fruit trees on a sloping part but leaving a space of play for the children.

The spots

For vans, a flat concrete driveway or a grassy area.
Motorhomes are welcome, although maneuvering can be more complex for larger ones.
For campers, a flat area is shaded by willows and fruit trees.

The sanitary facilities

Toilets are available on the ground floor and on request.
Terms and hours of access to be determined together.
A sink is also available.

The amenities

In the basement, a fridge can be put at your disposal. It is to be shared!
Eventually, a freezer is available to put ice loaves is possible.
For electricity, there is an outside plug and we can provide an extension cord.
There is also an outside water point available in the summer.
We will try to accommodate any special requests for equipment or amenities (dishes, camping table, internet...) Some of which may involve an additional cost.

The activities

Fyé (quiet hamlet) is located 2km from the heart of the city of Chablis! Many activities and culinary specialties await you!
On the program: hiking or orienteering in the heart of the vineyards and woods, bike rental, cellar visits, wine museum, small animal park with llamas,
monuments to visit, playgrounds for children, multiple restaurants and wine bar.
Chablis is proud of its Sunday morning market which is well known in the region.
For specialties, there are andouillettes, gougères, wines, local beers, ham with Chablis and a foie gras producer.
Visits around Chablis: the Abbey of Pontigny, the castles of Tanlay, Ancy-le-Franc and Maulnes, Tonnerre and its Dionne pit, Auxerre... and, at one hour's drive, the Puisaye: Guédelon, Saint-Fargeau and its show (2nd in France)...

Other things

Chablis is also great events throughout the year: wine festival in October, Saint-Vincent the first weekend of February, Marathon ...

Thank you for your welcome with a glass of chablis and local produce.
Great tour the next day organized by our host ????

    100% recommended

  • A warm welcome and the sharing of a good moment around a wine of very beautiful quality! Thanks to them !

  • We made a stop for one night on our way south. Odile gave us a warm welcome and we set up camp under the willows. Later, Odile spoiled us with a glass of Chablis and some local specialities. The location is at the vast vineyards of Chablis and we took the opportunity for a long walk enjoying the countryside. The town of Chablis is at around 25 min walk through the vineyards. Thanks Odile for letting us share your garden and for your hospitality.

  • Hello, I was very pleasantly surprised by the very good reception and the availability of the owners. Services in accordance with those announced in the description. I had the chance to talk with the owner who was present that day and who kindly gave me advice on the wines of Chablis.

  • Super friendly hosts! Sharing their passion with pleasure. Very nice place, be careful with big vans or camping cars, the ascent could be complicated if it is wet.

  • A great stay in a quiet village in the middle of the vineyards. The hosts are very pleasant and considerate!
