Outdoor accommodation at Saint Gilles 7

"La Renarde" is a Vintage & Cosy caravan from 1979 installed on a 1 hectare heart shaped plot.
It has been fitted out to sleep in a real bed.
Outside, a living room allows you to cook like in the campsite : stove and dishes provided.
In the sanitary block: - water supply - basin, fridge.
For a unique experience & a step towards your bucolic wishes:
Lights, water curves, fauna, flora, trees, culture, break, read ....
Quiet & invigorating place for quiet & active people, curious & nature lovers.
Swimming, lazing around, visiting, playing, discussing, learning, exchanging, gardening, experimenting with vegetable cooking, many possibilities....
Surrounded by greenery, the culture of the vegetable garden (in squares), according to the principles of permaculture, can be revealed to you, as well as courses of vegetable cooking (on reservation).
An art of living that we will be happy to share with you.
The swimming pool, heated thanks to the bubble cover, reaches all summer between 25 and 28 °, will offer you all the sensations of swimming in the middle of the trees.
Wild, not wild, it is according to: 2 cats, 1 dog, 2 hens, ducks Indian runners, full of birds, fish, frogs, squirrels, deer, owls & rustling
The life of a unique peri-urban space that we have great pleasure in opening to you.

The setting

Our eco-place* often benefits from beautiful lights, from dawn to dusk, which sweep the trees, the very present water points, the interstices to be seized.
During the day, the sun invites you to contemplate the universe of the pond on the edge of which the caravan is installed.
To swimming in the pool, lazing on the terrace, under a tree or in a corner that inspires you.
(When the wind is south, we can hear the sound of the road from Rennes to Brest, which is non-existent most of the time between April and October).

The spots

"La Renarde" has been fitted out to take a time of disconnection, to settle down outside, but not far, from the noise of the World.
For more comfort, electricity & heating are installed. You will sleep in a real bed: bed base and mattress and will have a dining area inside and outside.
It has an outdoor living room designed with recycled materials and furniture.
An atmosphere to be lived under a beautiful oak tree which spreads its antlers.
Please note that for logistical and availability reasons - the time to clean the caravan - we rent for a minimum of 2 nights and that sheets and towels are not provided (except for the fitted sheet for the mattress and pillowcases).
There is a distance of about 100 m or 150 steps between the place where you will park your car and the caravan, the dry toilets.
A wheelbarrow is at your disposal to bring your things. If we are present we can also do a "room service" with pleasure :-)

The sanitary facilities

Dry toilets in the immediate vicinity, shower & washbasin (hot water) in a small independent chalet near our house (100 m or 150 steps) => see photo in description.

The amenities

* The pool is generally open from mid-May to the end of September, depending on the season. This one can be exceptionally closed for technical reasons, do not hesitate to inquire.
* Mircowave in the caravan - stove in the outside kitchen
* Fridge with freezer in the sanitary block (chalet)
* Any accessory that we have at your disposal according to your needs & our availability
* Internet near the house or from your cell phone
* Nb : our house being autonomous in water, this one is drinkable according to a specific distribution circuit, in particular in osmosed water, accessible in our kitchen. We invite you to use it as your preferred source of quality water.
* Local producers in the vicinity: the territory is notably a land of vegetable cultivation + Supermarket => Welcome booklet at your disposal in the caravan.

The activities

On site :
* Swimming pool & water games (the pool may be exceptionally closed for technical reasons, do not hesitate to ask us)
* Lazing around (important, too :-)
* Our library is open during your stay if you feel like reading a novel
Outdoor games:
* A REAL petanque field (balls at your disposal)
* Table tennis
* Molky ...
* Gardening and learning of vegetable cooking

Outings : Country walks in the forest or in the city nearby.

Other things

NB that for logistical reasons and availability - the time to prepare and clean the caravan - we rent for 2 nights minimum.
As the caravan has only 2 places, you can stay with children who can camp in a tent!
In this case, we invite you to complete your reservation on the second ad, or ask directly via the messaging system.
There is a distance of about 100 m or 150 steps between the place where you will park your car and the caravan, the dry toilets, same distance to go to the toilet block.
We do not rent our place to more than 2 couples simultaneously, for your peace of mind.

Please avoid noise between 22.00 & 8.00

The "Petit Renard" is autonomous in water.
This one is recycled on the spot, we thus avoid the "detergents" and privilege the natural products + selective sorting.
A compost is at your disposal.
Our ambition is to share "Le Petit Renard", an eco-place* where we will be able to live and transmit in harmony with nature. To give it back its place.
As well as to the Human being, notably by meeting you.
You are not customers but guests that we welcome.
"Le Petit Renard" is a *space of experimentation: to cultivate, to feed, to exchange, to enrich oneself, to test inspiring work rhythms (telecommuting).... to act in our environment, differently.
All the money you pay is reinvested in the purchase of trees, nesting boxes, flowering fallows, etc.
By coming you work for the safeguard of the nature.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate your pet in this small enclosed space.

We do our best to make sure that the place is clean to welcome you.
If by any chance you find that there is something wrong with the cleanliness of the place, please let us know directly so that we can act as soon as possible.
So that we do not penalize each other and create frustrations on these matters.
