Description

Welcome to our home! I live with my 12 year old daughter and a very playful Dalmatian. We will be happy to meet you during your stay in our garden.

The setting

You will be in a very quiet area of 3 houses. The garden has a view on the fields. It is possible that a rooster wakes you up in the morning...

The spots

The land has a very slight slope which is quite compatible with the installation of a tent. You can park a vehicle at the entrance of my property. Wheeled vehicles cannot go on the land and will have to stay at the entrance.

The sanitary facilities

There is no equipment. Dry toilets are available. In case of bad weather, I will lend you my shower...

The amenities

There is an extension cord outside to give you some autonomy. If needed, I can lend my kitchen but I live with as little as possible. So no (email hidden)the campfire and barbecue are available and already installed on site in the garden. The wifi is available next to the house but not in the tents. ( Better for your health)

The activities

You are 3 kms from the train station and 300 m from a bus stop. This allows you to reach Rennes or St Brieuc in 30 minutes and the surrounding towns.

Rules

Children are welcome. If you have a dog, I will only be able to welcome it for part of the day, my dog is very territorial. For smokers, I have an ashtray available. Please let me know if you prefer to be alone or to spend time with the resident, I am happy with both options.
