Description

Location within an authentic Cauchoise property (mansion, carriage house, stables, pasture).

The setting

The historic Caltot farm is located in a quiet hamlet, near fields and greenery.
Your parking space will be close to our house, under the stars, and to the grassland where some dairy cows graze.
At the side of the property, an agricultural hangar allows the storage of the crops of local farmers.

The spots

Near the authentic cauchoise cart, with view on the property.
Flat ground, on gravel, at the foot of a beautiful lawn at your disposal for your outside meals.
In case of bad weather, it is possible to place your tables and chairs under the carter.
The access is very easy since the tractors of the farmers storing their fodder in our hangar can enter there and make a U-turn without difficulty.

To begin this adventure, we welcome self-sufficient guests.

In good understanding, we can help you with drinking water for your meals (drinking water tap accessible in our service entrance).

Of course, we can lend you our kitchen equipment (kettle, coffee machine if you have your own capsules, microwave...) if necessary and if we are present and available.

An electrical outlet can also be accessible to allow you to recharge your small device (laptop or tablet). It is located near our entrance, so it must be used in case of emergency.

The activities

We particularly recommend a visit to the seaside in Veules-les-Roses, to discover the gardens and forest of the castle of Imbleville and to ride your bike on the country roads of the Saone valley.
There are several hiking and biking trails in the area.

We are located in the hamlet of Caltot, 1km from the village of St Laurent en Caux (1 bakery, 2 grocery stores, 1 butcher shop, 1 bar, 2 doctors, 1 pharmacy, 2 hairdressers).
At 10 min from us, you will find supermarkets (Yerville, Doudeville, Luneray) and places to go out (restaurants, bar, café).

A pleasant contact between children allows you to make use of the porch and the hut of our little ones to yours (under your supervision).

It is possible to approach our animals but not to enter the enclosure without authorization and accompaniment of our part (electrified fence).

Your animals are welcome if they are calm and non-aggressive with others. If they are not, we ask you to keep them locked up so that there are no incidents during your stay.
