Description

It is nestled in the Endless Mountain Region in Northeastern PA. Located on the fertile ground between two streams, the orchard has several varieties of pears--including, but not limited to, Olympic Giants, Hosui, Bartlett and 21st Century.
In addition to selling Asian pears, it offers a look at a close to 0 energy and negative carbon footprint.

The setting

See spots.

The spots

HANNAH'S HAVEN:
This is our original campsite--which began our camping legacy.
The campsite is a short walk downhill from where you park (refer to the short video provided, when booked, for more information) and it is remote.
Rugged, majestic and peaceful sites (4) are set alongside the picturesque stream.
Each site is outfitted with a Big Horn 47" Wood Burning Ranch Fire Pit, a picnic table and the potential for an outside adventure.
Bounded on one side by an escarpment and on the other side a mountain, this campsite is irrevocably secluded--and has been voted the #1 Hipcamp site in PA.
It has no less than 100% positive reviews from all adventurers who have stayed there.

For those of you who want to stay in touch--although we suggest you not plug in--we do have a broadcast gateway that travels out 5 miles in all directions (included in the price).

DONNA's DROP-OFF:
Bounded by water on three sides (north stream), this campsite is not for the timid.
This is an isolated site and is part of the #1 rated campsite in PA and the nation.
No children (under the age of 18), sleepwalkers, persons with vertigo, excessive alcohol drinkers or folks with impaired balance are allowed.
Donna's Drop-Off is ideal for honeymooners and lovers alike, close friends, individuals who may want to get away from it all or who need to lift the heavy burden carried on their shoulders......and animal lovers.
Although we don't have the providence for, we believe Baby Yoda was born quite close to this location--hah!
The site is 50 yards upstream from a waterfall surrounded by ruins from a 1700s lumber mill. It is approximately a 20+ foot drop to the water below--and anyone planning to jump will surely die a most painful death.
At night, it is rumoured that you can still hear the horrific screams and moans of those unfortunate enough to have been on the State Highway 546 bridge--as it collapsed into the cold, black abyss below. Adventure awaits.....for those who dare!!!

LIAM'S LAIR :
Located on South Stream, this is an isolated site and is part of the #1 rated campsite in PA and the nation--children allowed.
A deer trail literally goes through the middle of the site.
This site is held for one group, has its own private trails and will support 3-4 tents, depending on size, or an individual or a couple.
If you don't want visitors, flip the sign to the trail (at the bottom of Hannah's Haven} to closed.
The trek is challenging--although not too long (about 375 feet)--and we strongly recommend you backpack your gear and essentials.
We DO NOT cut down trees and/or remove rocks to make paths.
For safety reasons, we have, however, recently taken down a number of ash trees; hence, the labyrinth of stacked wood at the campsite.

If you're into social distancing, this is the site.
Once you reach the location, we're not even sure if we can find you!!!
Please, if you have balance problems or physical challenges, this is not your site.
Hey, you wanted to get away from it all!
Other than setting off a nuclear warhead, you're not likely to bother or be bothered by anyone.
The site has a brand new picnic table and Big Horn 47" Fire Pit grill.
Follow the neon green trail markers--Liam's Lair Lime.
The campsite is breathtaking!!

While we do permit dogs at this site (for an additional fee), you must meet the requirements under Rules.
The Serengeti is located on the North Stream.
It is a grassland on 13 undeveloped acres sharing one other campsite--the infamous Donna's Drop-off.
With some one mile of stream frontage upstream, it's a great place to get lost off the grid. If you elect to hide here, no one will ever find you-- adventure awaits!
It is part of the #1 one ranked Hipcamp site, Hannah's Haven, in the state of PA--and the nation--which across the road on Oh! Pear South.
