Description

The site is an orchard and the extension of the parking lot (closed by a large gate). Various places are available to accommodate 2 to 3 camping tents and/or a minivan, or even a small caravan.

The setting

Quiet place in the countryside. Very little traffic nearby, almost no traffic at night.

The spots

The pitches benefit from the morning or evening sun, depending on the choice made and if places are already taken. They are easily accessible, the ground is flat but somewhat bumpy.

The sanitary facilities

Dry toilets nearby.
Shared shower, with hot water, in a room attached to the house.

The amenities

In the area dedicated to travelers, there will be tables in the sun or in the shade.
Possibility to use the equipped kitchen shared by the travelers.
Dishes, utensils and basic products (a box will be available for your participation in the expenses as well as for the functioning of the appliances: fridge, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, ....)
The mini freezer integrated into the fridge is reserved primarily for ice cream.
In case of heavy rain, a dormitory can be made available.
Possibility to use the washing machine and the dryer (paying). Sockets are available (1 outside, several inside) to recharge cell phones or other small appliances.

The activities

Natural swimming pool at 10 minutes by car.
Ecomuseum of Bresse at 10 minutes in the castle of Pierre de Bresse and its small paths arranged around the enclosure of the hinds and in the large park as well as the forest.
Big Monday market in Louhans at 25 minutes.
Poligny and Arbois for their wine cellars.
Louis Pasteur's house-museum in Arbois and his birthplace in Dole.
Dole, a very pretty historical town with its leper fountain, its boats on the canal, .....
The Hérisson waterfalls, Beaume les Messieurs for its Abbey, its caves and its tufa waterfall.
Chateau Chalon perched on the vineyard slopes and its belvedere offering an exceptional view.
And many other curiosities of which you will find the booklets to your attention.

Other things

Any infrastructure used, must be left clean for the following.
Indeed, depending on the period, there may be other travelers on the site.
We limit the number of guests to 6 people and/or 3 different households.
A supplement will be asked for a reservation for exclusive use of the orchard and the infrastructures dedicated to travelers.
The project to install games for children is underway (swing, slide, rope, .....), we hope to have completed by August.

Please note that we have a cat that does not like chasing.

  • We were very well received by Bernard. We found in his place calm and a very pleasant dormitory to rest. The garden is beautiful and very inspiring.
We were encouraged by our host to go and enjoy the natural swimming pool in the neighboring village, very pleasant.
This was our first experience, and we are very happy about it.
Thanks to Bernard for his hospitality ????

  • A wonderful little haven of peace and quiet, I recommend the hosts Bernard and Marianne with whom we spent a very pleasant time around a meal in the evening and a gourmet breakfast. Small vegetable garden and orchard very cute, we even tasted an infusion of fresh mint from the garden! A treat, a pleasure and a meeting at the top of the top!

    Thanks again to you
