Description

Just a 160 acre very quiet farm with hay fields and woods.
Very secluded; you wont see a house or neighbor.
A well provides pristine water from the Florida aquafer.
I supply plenty of firewood, a firepit or fireplace.
There is a place for sanitary dump and currently building a septic system at the camp site.
Lots of deer, turkey, birds of all kinds, rabbits, gopher turtles.
Incredible stargazing; we are in the most unpopulated are of rural north Florida with no cities within 100 miles.

The setting

Camp site among beautiful live oak trees with Spanish moss, overlooking hay fields and more woods as far as you can see.
A few cows may come around to say hello, and horses just over the fence.
Very secluded.

The sanitary facilities

There is a place to dump sanitary tanks on the farm and a septic system and drain field being built at the campsite now.

The amenities

No amenities except nature at its finest.
We live on the farm, out of site, in case you have an emergency.

Rules

Respect the hay pastures by driving around the perimeters and not through the fields.
Hiking is fine.
Ingress and egress through a locked farm gate.
You'll have a key, although nobody in this part of the country locks gates very much.
Not many rules; just enjoy the quietness of a beautiful farm.
