Description

Easy, private, 24/7 access to my second wooded lot. Outdoor table, trampoline, , kayak and bikes. 10 minutes from Blue Springs State Park (diving, swimming, biking, kayaking) and 20 minutes to Lake Monroe (sailing, boating, kayaking). 10 minutes to Gemini Springs State Park.

The setting

One block off of 17-92. Convenient access to I-4. In town, but located on second, treed, residential lot.

The spots

Flat, grassy, ground. Shaded. Spot is between oak trees and azalea bushes.

The sanitary facilities

No sanitary facilities outside.
This is a good place for an RV/camper, but probably not tenting.

The amenities

Outdoor access to water and electricity. No toilets or shower outside. Inside toilets and shower. Inside kitchen. I can supply extension cords and amenities such as towels, pots, pans, etc. if preferred.

The activities

30 minutes from Orlando and 30 minutes from Daytona.
Blue Springs State Park and Gemini Springs 10 minutes away. Lake Monroe 20 minutes.
