As a mountain biker, camper, snowboarder, and climber, I love my back yard in Big Bear, CA. I own .25 acre in a neighborhood, but I realize parking is difficult in resort towns for RVs, so thought I'd check this out as a way to allow others to enjoy the space, while being self contained in their RVs.
