Description

Welcome to the Vendée!
Our mobile home is equipped with 1 bedroom for 2, 1 bunk bed for 2 and 1 sofa bed. Each bed has its own cover, pillow and comforter, and is heated for cooler weather.
We also have a kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.
We also have a covered terrace with outdoor table, outdoor lounge and electric barbecue.
The mobile home is rented without linen, so if you would like the beds ready on your arrival, as well as the towels, please ask me. The mobile home is disinfected and cleaned before each arrival, so please clean it before you leave. If you would like, you can take the cleaning package for 30 euros by telling me when you book or when you arrive and paying for it on your arrival.

The setting

We are located in the countryside along a hiking trail, 8 kms from the passage du Gois to the island of Noirmoutier and 12 kms from the fromentine pier to the island of Yeu.equipped with a terrace with an outdoor table for meals and a small garden with barbecue separate from the main house and facing the road. Protected access for little ones to play in the garden: tree house, slide and tree house. The environment is very Zen-like, with birdsong in the background.

The spots

As mentioned in the summary, we have a wood-lined mobile home with shutters, designed to accommodate 6 adults maximum. We can provide 1 baby cot if required, but please note that the cot is placed in the master bedroom, which reduces space. This mobile home includes 1 bedroom for 2, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 sofa bed for 2 adults if required.
Equipped with heating, you can take advantage of the mobile home even in winter to visit our region and discover our landscapes in all seasons.

The sanitary facilities

There is a bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin with hairdryer, soap and tissues + toilet paper in the mobile home.

The amenities

The mobile home has its own wifi and television. You will find a microwave, a coffee maker, a Senseo, an electric kettle, a fridge, a 6kg washing machine, 1 gas stove with oven, crockery, pots and pans, salt, pepper and vinaigrette as well as filters for the coffee maker. Clothes steamer, iron, hairdryer and outdoor dryer. High chair, cot and potty available. Electric barbecue

The activities

The Fromentine beaches and forest are 8km away, with access via the bridge to the Ile de Noirmoutier and the pier to visit the Ile d'Yeu.
Saint-Jean-de-Monts is 17km away.
The Passage du Gois is 8km away, giving access to the Île de Noirmoutier and its landscapes.
Sallertaine, an artisan village, is 8km away.
Hiking and cycling trails are also available.

Other things

Our garden is quiet and we open it so that you too can enjoy the peace and quiet.
For the respect of each one on our ground as our neighbors we ask each one to be reasonable and to avoid all that is possible so that each one can rest and benefit from the song of the birds.
I would like to point out that when you arrive everything is clean and as everything is in the mobile home to clean during your stay you are asked to leave the place clean when you leave for the respect of the place and myself. With all my thanks.

Rules

Access to the parking lot must not prevent another vehicle from exiting.
Smokers must put their cigarette butts in the garbage can; ashtrays are available, so there's no reason to scatter them.
A swing, slide and various games are available for children, including a tree house in case of rain, but they remain the responsibility of their parents, as do animals.
We cannot be held legally responsible in the event of an accident.

Possibility of breakfast (€7 / person)

Coffee and tea, farm milk, baguette, brioche, homemade jam, homemade yoghurt, fruit juice, fresh fruit from the garden in season, left in the mobile home on the evening of your arrival for you to use as you wish.
