Nature and calmness close to the harbour of Brest.

The setting

In a quiet hamlet, we propose you to enjoy the large garden which surrounds our house.
It is planted with trees, with more or less wild parts.
Far from the road.

The spots

Flat and shaded location.
At a distance from our windows.
Access possible with a small van.

The sanitary facilities

Dry toilets in a garden shed.
Permanent access to an outside drinking water point (cold), about 50 meters from the site.
Access to the shower in the house from 9:30 am to 8 pm.

The amenities

Possibility to charge phones in the house.

The activities

Less than 5 minutes walk away, you can access the coastal path that goes around the Logonna-Daoulas peninsula.
Below the cliff, accessible by small stairs or rocks, nice little beaches (small pebbles and coarse sand mixed) where you can swim at high tide, still 5 minutes from the garden.
There are several other beaches in Logonna, one of which has a straw hut for refreshment and board, kayak, paddle and catamaran rentals in summer.
The large sandy beaches and waves are about 3/4h-1h by car (Crozon peninsula, west and north of Brest).
Brest is 30 minutes away, Quimper 45 minutes.

We are a couple with two boys aged 9 and 7.
Except for exceptional moments, the neighborhood is generally quite discreet, and quiet in the evening, we wish it to be the same in our garden.
Arrivals and showers should preferably take place before 7:30-8:00 pm; if this is difficult for you, please let us know in advance.
We have cats, dogs are welcome if they do not chase them, and if they are walked for their needs.
Please use environmentally friendly cleaning products and dishes.
Children are welcome.
Do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

Land & setting
  • We spent a night at Sandra's place and it is very nice.
Access to coastal paths just in front, the view is superb.
Small criticism: the access to the water point is not at the same place where the toilets are located. You have to zigzag in the field for the water, the toilets and the place to eat.

  • The garden is beautiful and the family's welcome is great. We hope to see you soon.

  • Great place for a first family camping experience! We were very well received by Sandra and her family.

  • We are well at Sandra and Vincent. The garden is beautiful and hidden just right from the house. The trees are immense and the wooden table invites to hang out at breakfast. The site is well shaded.
The dry toilets are operational and set up in a garden shed big enough to avoid any smell, even by strong heat.
We shower at the inhabitant, Sandra and Vincent are very accommodating and full of intentions.
Attention, outside, cold water only, therefore to envisage for example a solar shower to make hot water.
We all take care to preserve the water and the beauty of the garden, and life is sweet the time of the vacations. A beautiful experience, respectful of the environment and of the human relations which we missed for 2 years.

  • Friendly welcome and like at home.
Very pleasant land in the middle of nature.
Shower at the inhabitant very appreciable.
I warmly recommend the stay at sandre

  • If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful place, with caring people who listen to your needs, then you are in the right place.
I particularly appreciated their way of respecting our privacy.
In short, a beautiful place full of future.
All we have to do is put in an outdoor shower and we'll be in top shape!

  • During our bike-trip to the peninsula of Crozon, Sandra and her husband welcomed us very warmly. The camping place is in the shade and sheltered from the wind, a garden shed allows to store your stuff and there are dry toilets. A great place for an overnight stop!
