Description

In the heart of a wood, the lodge tent is close to nature.
The lodge is composed of a bed-banquette for two people and a single bed. The terrace is sheltered and equipped with chairs and a table where you can have your meals. You will have the possibility to cook your meals in the summer kitchen. We offer breakfasts or packed lunches. Moreover, there are many possibilities of restorations in the surroundings (French fry shops & restaurants). The nautical base of Val Joly is 5 minutes away and can also be reached by foot. Numerous pedestrian circuits will make you discover the avesnois and its preserved bocage.

The setting

You are in the heart of a wood of more than one hectare, nature is preserved. Enjoy the singing of the birds in the morning or the rustling of the leaves in the evening...

The spots

The cabin is made of wood and protected by tarpaulins. The beds are composed of a bed-banquette which can be used as a single or double bed and a single bed. The price does not include sheets, you can bring your own or your sleeping bag. The supplement for having the beds made on arrival is 5€ per person.

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities are 50m away. You will have dry toilets but also a sanitary block composed of a shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a sink. The showers are open from 7am to 11am and from 5pm to 8pm.

The amenities

A summer kitchen is at your disposal, as well as a kettle and a coffee maker in the cabin.

The activities

The place is calm and restful, surrounded by hedged farmland, you can walk or cycle along the surrounding paths. A few minutes away is the nautical base of VAL JOLY where there is a festive atmosphere in season. There is a large choice of restaurants in the surrounding villages.

  • We stayed 2 nights with Sylvie and her man. The weather was mixed between sun and rain...
    The living space is not big but largely enough for 2 people, the small wood where the various unusual lodgings are very well separated and there is a 2 chairs of garden as well as a table with bench; we had the possibility of making a small fire every evening... in short a small corner of paradise for the in love ones with nature :).

    We will certainly go back there (but to stay in the yurt :-) ).
