Description

I provide a place on my large private parking lot, (I limit to one family at a time to keep the charm of the place).
The property has a breathtaking view of the countryside and the forests of St-Hubert. Laneuville-au-Bois is a small, flowery, welcoming and typical village of the Ardennes.
I only accept respectful and quiet guests (no parties or music because the place is not suitable).
I only accept campers who have their own sanitary facilities (shower, toilet, water) because I am not equipped with sanitary facilities for campers...
My rates are a little higher than the campings because I commit myself to accept only one family per night: you will be privileged!

The setting

Breathtaking view of the forests of St-Hubert.
Calmness assured. Ideal for nature lovers, respect and quietness...

The spots

Large, private and more or less flat parking lot with stones. A large motor home can access it.
Parking in the garden (lawn) prohibited.
Easy to access because of the entrance and exit.
If you book, you will be alone as I limit "camping" reservations to one couple or family at a time!

The sanitary facilities

No sanitary facilities (that's why I only accept motorhomes that are equipped with sanitary facilities).

The amenities

Possibility to use the wifi of the house for free if you are not too far from the building.
Possibility to book a breakfast or a meal (dish or menu of the day).
Possibility of access to sauna (10€/pers max 2 pers)
Electricity socket near the pitch.

The activities

Numerous hikes, mountain bike or road bike rides starting from the house (I lend the maps).
We are located between Marche, Bastogne and Libramont : many historical visits, museums, animal parks, Domaine du Fourneau St-Michel...
Possibilities of walks accompanied by a passionate nature guide!

Other things

Welcome only for calm and respectful people of the nature and the environment because we are in border of protected zones Natura 2000 and others...

Rules

Rules to respect :
- arrival, departure and / or meal times to be agreed with your host
- no fire or smokers allowed for security reasons (possibility to book a barbecue meal at the owner's place)
- avoid noise between 10pm and 8am (respect for the guests of my b&b)
- Children: have access to the garden games in agreement with the owner and under the supervision and full responsibility of the parents. Please respect the garden and the numerous plantations (vegetable garden,...)

Possibility of breakfast (€15 / person)

Coffee, tea, apple juice from the garden, hot chocolate, croissant, wholemeal bread, butter, home-made jams, chocolate and various spreads, cheese, ham, boiled eggs, yoghurt...
