Description

We have decided to welcome travelers in our garden. We are going to take the plunge soon (van) and we think that meeting travelers is a great experience! We are 4 in the family (2 children of 5 and 1.5 years old).

The setting

We live in Flaviac, a small town 6 km from Privas (prefecture of the Ardèche). The site for your vehicle has a clear view on the mountain with the evening sun which is very nice.

The spots

Only one place, the ground is flat. Concerning the access it is imperative that your vehicle can pass under the carport located on the side of the house (2.90m height and 2.10m width) that is why we can accommodate only VANS and Vans (no camping car too wide)

No sanitary facilities.

Cold water (drinking water) outside (hose).
220 V outlet on a socket outside + extension cord if needed.

Wifi possible.
Games for our children in the garden (trampoline and swing).

The activities

Hiking trails nearby (possible departure from the house).
Nice mountain bike and road bike tours.
About 1 hour from the Ardeche gorges.

Other things

We have a 3 year old CANE CORSO dog who is free around the house, she gets along well with other animals if they are not aggressive.
She is used to play with our two children (1.5 and 5.5 years old).

Rules

The access to the site is possible in an autonomous way. As our children are young, we do not want the travelers to listen to music too late at night.
